Had a pepperoni flatbread and it was extremely good. I’ll def be back. A good lunch for under $ 7.

I love Israeli street food so when I saw falafel at Union Station, I was excited. I ordered a falafel plate with tomato and cucumber salad, roasted vegetables, and rice with feta cheese and tahini. However, it’s obvious that the falafel are frozen. There was no taste to anything. And, the pita wasn’t warm. And what’s with the parsley but no mint? Who does that? Feh. Not worth the cost. Gave two stars because the staff was decent.

I wanted to grab a quick lunch at union station and tried the falafel sandwich. I asked for taboulie and got couscous or something instead. The contents of the sandwich were poorly distributed, and the pita itself quickly fell apart. This is not a graceful train lunch. I was wiping tahini off my hands the entire time. The falafel was clearly frozen and microwaved. And it is pricey for the quality of food. Meh.

Horrible. My «grilled» flatbread was soggy and tasteless and my pop was lukewarm and flat. When I went back to get ice for my disgusting drink it took awhile before anyone even noticed I needed help. What a waste of money.

Train station food… who expects much, right? I certainly didn’t so I was happy to come across this little place offering tasty, healthier food. We enjoyed two pitas… a build your own and their chicken special. Both were great. Warning though… the pitas weren’t sturdy enough to manage holding so we were happy for the foil take-out package to use as a plate. Arm yourself with some utensils and napkins and you’re set for your train ride or whatever.

Stopped for lunch at the Union Station location, ordered the Pesto Chicken Flatbread and I would not recommend at all. The dish was absolutely flavorless. There was no seasoning on anything(salt goes a long way). I couldn’t even tell there was pesto sauce on the bread. Will not be revisiting.

My review is on a teeter totter. It could be a 3.5−4 as easily as it could go down to a solid 2. I wish that I could do better with my scoring of this location, however I can’t at this time. I realize they are new and will give the benefit of the doubt. I have been twice. Both times had one of their Mediterranean inspired creations. Falafel pita and a chicken pita. They over stuff these things like you can’t believe(+1) and everything tastes good. My problem, the speed! THESPEED! There were 4 people in line when I got to the place today. After about 10 minutes, I was finally first. One had left in front of me, the few that were behind me looked and noted the incredible wait and also walked off. They have the makings for a quality fast lunch in Union Station, but need to study from the likes of a Chipotle. Assembly line it– line up the toppings better to get flow and throughput going. Right now– its bad bad bad. I will go back and try again when I have more time.
