Terrible service! They made us wait and had other ppl after us come in and got seats for them first. The wait is terrible. We waited for our drinks for 20mins tsk tsk never again

Walked in and was greeted by the entire management staff. The accused is for having a bad odor and asked us to step outside location to air out? My party and I went into debate with them for at least ten minutes in front of guest and staff. I am highly upset at the way they treated us and will be taking this matter to higher management.

As a Chinese boy, I grew up maybe having Red Lobster once in my life. It wasn’t until my friend mentioned«Endless Shrimp» that I dropped my bags, hopped in the car, and got our fatty selves over for the epic seafood meltdown. My overall impressions: basic, but a good shrimpy way! Everything here is very typical of any chain. You’ve got standard service and bland service, but you just need to come here for the good stuff: endless shrimp! THEGOOD– * Drinks were very reasonable($ 7 or so) and can be quite stiff. * Bread was amazing. No doubt. Greasy as hell, but good * Endless shrimp($ 17.99) gets you hella shrimp and you can even box the leftovers to go. We definitely took advantage THEMEH * Side dishes left much to be desired * Service was mediocre at best * Calamari was AWFUL. I regret getting this so much that I ordered more shrimp to make up for it. If you didn’t get the message already: it’s all about the endless shrimp. If you don’t like shrimp, best take your money elsewhere. Otherwise, enjoy and eat tons! Parking is available in a private lot.

Actually, «zero» stars for this dump. Worst service ever!!! Manager blamed the kitchen and said the server wasn’t to blame for a wait time over 40 minutes… just for a salad. Look up «poor management» and I’m sure this Red Lobster will be listed. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The Food Took too Long To Come out. The waitress seemed disinterested in making sure we did or didn’t need anything else. Entrée was not even hot. Slow service for the amount of staff were in the restaurant. This food was really nasty and the drinks taste like dishwater and soap and the shrimp was dry and burnt.

Too expensive for the quality of food. Never been here until this day. The best thing they have here are the biscuits they serve as soon as you sit down and the colada drink I ordered. Other than that, food tasted too salty, too fatty, and just not that great. Service is kind of slow. Our waitress was very nice but too slow for everything. We left so sick and annoyed. We had to wait too long for the food. So we got full with the crab biscuits. We waited too long for the refills. and we had to wait tremendously too long for our check. We left somewhat annoyed. And on top it, it seemed there where too many people working there but they where really not doing much or able to help us. Most probably won’t be coming here again.

I would never come back here and this location almost ruined it for ALL red lobsters. The food is not good. I have the crab trio during crab fest and a lobster tail. I didn’t even eat the lobster tail after tasting it. The crab wasn’t good, I make it better at home. Sucks to be disappointed it was my birthday. My husband order his favorite food tilapia and that was horrible as well. When he complained the waitress gave him a cup of seasoning … Really?

We saw their ad on TV, having crab fest on the month of August, so we went there right away. We ordered crab and seafood, everything was good, the best was the lobster, shrimps, crab, were standard. Well, just like all the rest of chain stores, nothing more nothing less.

I had the worst customer service experience at this location. After placing my order I waited over a hour to get my food. Not to mention not receiving appetizers for my toddler son, my alcoholic beverage, and even the biscuits. I talked to the manger and he tried to make up for the inconvenience by not charge myself for the sides and drink. The waiter showed no regarded for her actions. Not once did she refill any drinks or replenish the biscuits. But wait! After paying for my subpar meal with my credit card, the cashier stood over my shoulder while I was writing in the tip!!! Never in my 26 years HAVE I EVER felt that type of disrespect while dinning. The manger was aware of this and of course he did nothing to make up for it. Please don’t support these type of places. I will never in my life eat at red lobster or «seafood McDonald’s» ever again.

Lived in the area for a while now and I finally decided to go after plans to outback fell though this was my second choice. After weeks of hospital food this was my first meal. It was delicious! amazing!!! We arrived at noon on a Thursday so no one was really there it wasn’t busy, got seated right away the waiters and waitress were very attentive. The biscuits and salads were delicious as always for Redlobster. Best bread shrimp I’ve ever had! My friends aren’t fans of seafood, but this changed their minds. Absolutely everything was perfect, delicious, and tasteful! Will absolutely return hungry for more.(In the afternoon on a weekday I like the quiet atmosphere of the place.)

Yikes!!! Sadly, all the bad reviews are true. I walked into this location 30 mins after they opened and almost walked out. Definitely not the same establishment I knew as a kid. The hostess upon arrival =missing in action… The bathroom = destroyed. Service=super slow(30 mins to take my drink order. really!!!)…the one bright spot = those darn cheddar bay biscuits still amazing. At an average of $ 25 per entrée you have to do better Red Lobster. I should’ve listened to Unilocal!!!

WHAT A GHETTODUMP I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice meal. we came to red lobster for a birthday party for a 14 year old and waited an whole hour and a half to be seated. it was not crowded nor busy. we finally got seated then waited a long time for the server to ask about drinks, after 20 minutes she asked what we wanted to drink and told us she would be right back. then she comes back without are drinks and asks if we were ready to order. and as she told us we could order from the lunch menu even though its after 3PM i decided to get something from the lunch menu. an hour went by and we still haven’t received any drinks bread nor salads we kept asking the manager what was going on she gives us attitude like she didn’t care. are drinks finally arrive with cold bread. we tell the server the bread was cold and she said there’s nothing she can due since they had other customers to assist. then we kept asking for refills and everyone was low on drinks. furthermore when the food came out my uncles fish was overcooked and burned. she replaced it. then when it was time for cake we waited longer for them to bring it out. but what really bothered me was when the bill came and she lied and told me she never gave me the lunch price for what i had ordered and she said her boss told her there was nothing she could do about it. very poor management i would not recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible service so far. Not crowded. Arrived 5:45pm not seated until 6:35. Then no server for at least another ten minutes! Talk about making someone run behind schedule. Totally sucking so far. Its now 6:56 bread has been on the table a while and still no drinks. VERYDISORGANIZED! Plenty of employees but obvious horrible management. There were near collisions but only one person was carrying something. I thought i was watching Larry, Moe and Curly. Am i being punked here? Needless to say i will have to drive :45 mins or more to eat at red lobster. So sad this one the one on 95th have all bottomed out. I cant take it anymore! Update 7:10pm have drinks and salad. Our server’s attitude is helping some. She is patient. There are at least four unoccupied booths behind us. We are a group of ten today. So as i said. Its management because several empty booths means you should be able to handle it. Update 7:35pm STILLNOFOOD!!! But my conversational skills are now well polished. Lol! Update 7:46pm my plate has arrived but the Salmon is overcooked. While sitting here i had the time to fill out the complaint form on the red lobster site. Go under contact us at the bottom. Only good point is that our server Sheryl was very pleasant. But new management is needed immediately. J.B.

Red lobster is a chain restaurant. I been to this location many years ago. The last time I been there the food is alright since I order the endless shrimp feast since my friend took me out for my birthday. I think this restaurant is overrated and I wouldn’t go back to this place. I rather go to a place where they have better pasta with seafood.

What happen to this place my Dinner and my Service was not good at all. And I will have to Make some calls. From the time we walked in the door. My water had 4 ice cubes when I place my order for my Drink I had to get my side sip 10 mins later. And it should have been a side shot. Now my food was good. But hear this I told her that I will let you know when I’m ready for my Dinner to be cooked because I wonted to finish my drink. Next then I know this hard of hearing girl Ryan is bringing me my food with a steam cover. Really lady. She told me well you can eat you food and it won’t be cold. Could somebody please tell this lady I told her 2xs. Smh. So 1star if for the hot biscuits. And the other 1 Is for my dinner was good. Red Lobster I was wondering why do you have Security now walking around while people are eating

I can say with total confidence that I will not be returning here. My son wanted to go here for his bday because he’d never been to a Red Lobster — I obliged… but seriously, when he got his plate and the tilapia looked the size of a chicken strip — I mean come on now, way to cut costs… sheesh! Also, although our waitperson seemed nice, she kept forgetting stuff — I mean over and over again. Me and the BF ordered burgers, yes, at Red Lobster cause we don’t eat seafood. Honestly, nothing wrong with them — but the fries were lukewarm at best — no bueno. Best part of the meal was dessert… and when we got the check. The other thing that bothered me was the place itself — it’s in need of a major makeover. I needed to use the restroom, it was a disaster in there… like a bunch of kids went in and had a toilet paper fight. It was just not a pleasant experience.
