Rage Hair Salon

Very unprofessional! I won’t come to this salon ever again. I had been texting Tootie all this week about making clips ins for me, sometimes she would respond sometimes she wouldn’t but I didn’t let that defer me. I text Tootie Friday that I would come in on the 4^th of July on a Saturday so she could take my head measurements to make the clips in, Tootie confirmed my appointment. When I get to the shop after driving 45 minutes from my home, Tootie tells me she forgot the tape measure to measure my head for the clip ins after we confirmed the day before and suggested I go buy one from the walgreens in the neighborhood, keep in mind I live 45 minutes away and also gave me the option to come another day. Why would I have to inconvenience myself to come back because she forgot something on her part? So I finally found the Walgreens in the neighborhood only to find they didn’t even sell tape measures like Tootie told me, so at this point I’m pissed… keep in mind this is the holiday, I had plans. Running around for her pushed me behind and then she didn’t offer to pay for it after all I am paying for hair and a service. I notified Tootie that Walgreens did not have a tape measure only a ruler and can she do my hair with it? Tootie tells me no, so at this point I’m done with her. I drove to her shop for nothing after we confirmed the day before. I text Tootie to just forget it and all she says is sorry. Not how can I make this right like most professional businesses. I texted her she should discount my service or something seeing as though I came there for nothing and she responds back «Excuse me!!!»…so unprofessional and I will never support her again. Also I had bought hair from her a couple a months ago, she gave me once price on the phone and when I went to pick it up it actually cost more, good thing I had some extra cash on me. Very shady…

I have natural hair and just recently dropped my last stylist because she didn’t know how to care for it or «trim» it so I just heard about Rage Hair Salon through FB and a friend had her hair done there as well. I decided to give it a try. My stylist was Tootie and she was awesome! No complaints. I have the haircut I wanted and it looks awesome. I saw alot of her work on relaxed hair, but I was shocked to see she can work magic on natural hair as well. Needless to say, I have a new stylist and salon. Yes! I definitely recommend! I don’t know if there is a website, but there is a page on FB where I found this salon and hair/​nail photos. Awesome work!
