Really great wedding photographers. April and Marc worked with me every step of the way. Other vendors showed up late, but they showed up 25 minutes early on my wedding day. When I was stressed at times(especially during the vows) April brought a smile to my face. With two photographers — they really covered various angles and I benefited from many more photos. They are friendly, caring and very easy to work with… affordable too. I say FIVESTARS all the way!

I was told by this vendor that if I leave this review, I’d be facing a lawsuit, but I find it important to leave brides-to-be with my honest review and experience of this company. This photography company photographed my engagement session and charged me a percentage of my wedding day cost. I was planning on using them for 12 hours, which drove up the deposit that they required. My first complaint is that originally I had a very hard time getting my list of questions answered via email. I was told by the company today that I had asked too many questions, even though I just read off questions that I got out of a wedding planning book, so beware of what questions you ask and how many there are… The second complaint is in regards to scheduling a time to meet them to get my questions answered. Since the company was originally unwilling to answer my questions via email, as I had requested and as all of my other wedding vendors have been willing to communicate with me through, I was told to schedule an appointment to get my questions answered face-to-face. The first scheduled date had to be rescheduled due to scheduling conflict on behalf of this company, the second scheduled appointment, I had to reschedule because my son was sick. I was told by this photographer to bring my son with,(are you kidding me!?) I then went against my better judgement and made a third appointment based off of available days that I was given by the photographer, which was then canceled due to another scheduling issue of their behalf. This made me wonder how their scheduling is done and why I was told they would be available, just to find out that they weren’t. It made me a little worried about what would happen on the day of my wedding… Today, I contacted them asking for half of my money back, since the amount that I paid them was based off a 12 hour wedding. They came back at me with a very offensive response and denied me my requested refund. Highly disappointed.
