Catch this one. GET THE BROASTED CHICKEN. It comes w slaw and broasted taters.
I had it for delivery and it came within 40 minutes. They give you honey for the chicken but clarify some butter and add that too!
The chicken was tender and VERY hot and it was unbelievably crunchy. The slaw was very good but I add a ton of cracked black pepper to it.
All in all I ate til I fell in a food coma. MMMMMMM

decided to give this place a try since the name caught my attention haha. big regret. i ordered a slice of sausage pizza and large fries… everything was cold and the pizza seems like its made from poor quality ingredients.
I should have read the Unilocal reviews before I entered. sigh oh well.

Cheap yes! This used to be our go to for pizza delivery. After many failed pizza deliveries I have to say Pizza Nova on 18TH won’t be on my speed dial. The KIDS they have working the front in the evenings taking orders are darn rude with no customer service training. Sucks getting them on the phone can’t stent their snarky attitudes. If you get orders that are messed up don’t bother counting on the «discounts» offered for your next order. Nobody seems to record them.

I passed by this pizza place so many times and had never stopped to eat anything at all because it looks so small. However today I took my son and nephew and I was so surprised about price and size of pizza and cheese fries Waow! Really cheap and the flavor was not bad at all. Not necessarily a place I’ll come to have a party but will definitely come and order for take out!

Don’t know whats more disgusting their customer service or pizza?! I am Giving up on pizza nova! I ordered pizza and it was undone. It was too far to return it so I just called them to let them know about it. I spoke to a smart mouthed cashier who told me to «ORDER IT WELL DONE NEXT TIME» in a very rude manner seriously? I didn’t know pizza was suppose to be raw. She then kept saying «oh my gooood» in the background. After that a male came to phone and he said if it frozen they could refund my money. Wtf? At this point I wanted speak to the manager to complaint about the cashier’s attitude and he was too busy according to them. They just wanted me to shut up and credited me a $ 5 discount. Won’t be ordering again.

Let me start off by saying I live in the neighborhood and I’m all about supporting small businesses. But the people that work at this pizza place, first of all their extremely rude and then the like they don’t want to serve you. The only reason I go to this place is because of the good cheap pizza. I went in there to go by two slices of pizza, the guy asked me is that all I told him I want two ranch also, then when I ask for a bag he literally tosses one to me and expects me to bag the pizza and the ranch dressing myself. I don’t know if the guy that works there today was 15 years old and in high school but dude totally needs a lesson in customer service.

Wow this place is cheap, but the clientele is a little suspect… Anyway I was in the neighborhood with a friend and we just felt like having something quick and greasy so for under $ 6 I got three good slices of pizza. I wonder what this place looks like after midnight considering at 3pm in the afternoon it’s pretty chaotic.

I really really thought super hard before writing a review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. My husband I have ordered from here for ever, but the girl who answers the phone is SUUUUPER rude. Today we ordered and it will be our last time. She’s not friendly, she sounds bitter. We even ordered to puck up once because I was fed up with it. I almost feared calling. So we go in and she looks just as bitter as she sounds. Still had the audacity to have a starring competition with me.

I wish people would stop whining about this place. Look around, see the neighborhood? You know where you are so if you’re looking for Ritz quality food here, that’s your fault.
$ 1.50 a slice for pepperoni or cheese thin crust pizza and it’s good! Is it Connie’s or the likes of? No. Is it fast, cheap & tasty? Hell yes.
Pretty much everything comes with fries… There was a gal who ordered the fish filet sandwich combo for a whopping $ 3.95 and she seemed to love it haha.

Cool pizza place. The pizza slices are very whatever for some reason, BUT the pizza they deliver is really pretty good. Not GREAT pizza, but definitely good pizza. And they’re pretty cheap and deliver REALLY late– like, it’s 11 pm and my roommate and I really want some pizza late. Good pizza for a good price that delivers super late.

I’ve had the pizza from here once before. I enjoyed it. I tried to order a pizza last night and was told by the order-​taker and the manager that they would only be taking cash only. It was 11:30 pm. I thought that was very shady. I only had my debit card. So, I didn’t order. I will do some leg work and find out more about their policy at the end of nights.

BEST PIZZA EVER!
I love this pizza, if this pizza was a women I would make love to her daily!
Okay, it got weird.
Anyway, I love this place, their Pizza Nova Special pizza is the bestest! It comes with the works and is a sure cure for a hang over and a great addition to a drunk night.
If you’re in Pilsen, Pizza Nova is a must!

Very yummy pizza and onion rings. Quick service on the pizza slices. The pizza looks like a regular double stuff dough pizza, but you can tell they add some extra Italian spices and better cheese than normal. Good the next day too for leftovers. Clean and very neighborhood and family friendly.

Pizza Nova was the best part about living in Pilsen. Which, if you’ve been here, you’ll realize that living in Pilsen wasn’t necessarily awesome.
Pizza Nova was pretty good from what I remember though. And they delivered down the street, so that’s pretty baller. And, like most southside eateries that are 12 years behind, they only take cash. So watch out for that because the nearest ATM is on Cermak. That’s Pilsen though.
I remember hearing about some shootings that happened outside of Pizza Nova. I got scared for my little guy, I hope the pepperonis weren’t affected.
