Pilot Properties

They were my landlords for a year on the south side. Among my complaints:
— office hours only from 8 – 12 am on Mon-​Fri and not always there at that time.
— they MOVED halfway through the year and didn’t tell us. we had to research them to find where they moved to.
— our back gate broke, they refused to fix it b/​c of how much it would cost, and one day all four cars back there were broken into.
— in general, not the best customer service
BUT, when they tried to charge us $ 600 to replace the carpet which did NOT need replacing, we just hardly expressed a little bit of dissatisfaction and they INSTANTLY gave us the entire security deposit back.
They definitely have some things they need to work on, but their hearts are in the right place, I’d say.
P. S. The address listed above is old and incorrect. They’re now on E Pershing, but I’m not sure of the #.
