Sadly I can give this very convenient location only 3 stars as they seem to get our orders correct only approximately 50% of the time. Don’t get me wrong… Their staff is super friendly and quick and they even say my name when my order is ready!(Only bc I have a loyalty card. But who cares. It’s still nice.) Interestingly enough the errors are on our breakfast bagel sandwiches that are to go. And I have no clue if it’s the cashier creating the error or the kitchen staff havin a good time with us. Just for example, today, our Asiago bagel with ham, egg and cheese was missing one item… The egg! It didn’t go unnoticed bc it was a breakfast sandwich. You guys at Panera, being so tricky. I keep having hope that you will improve your precision and accuracy. You can do it!

Nice people, but didn’t get my order right. Asked for broccoli cheddar to go, got home and they gave me chicken noodle. The sandwich we ordered wasn’t good at all either. Overall a crappy experience.

This is the Panera Bread that I frequent the most due to the proximity to work. If you had asked me a few months ago, I would have said I really like this place. Chill music, plenty of seating, and it never gets too loud on a weekday evening. However, there seems to be a lot of new faces in the staff, and I’ve noticed inconsistencies in the food. A few weeks ago, I got a stomach ache after dinner. Tonight, I noticed an off taste in the lettuce used for the Chicken Cobb Sald, which makes me wonder if it was handled properly. It’ll be a while before I want to come/order again. There is limited street parking and validated parking in the XSport lot.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Panera. They’re always friendly and the food comes out correctly and everything is prepared how it should be. I typically stick to their staples, like the broccoli cheddar soup and of course anything from their pastry case! The only big negative is how confusing and strange their new menu is. I know it’s a change that corporate made, so I can’t really hold it against this location. But seriously? The new tier system they have is unnecessary and bizarre. The sandwiches/soups/salads are all different prices compared to what tier they are in their combos. It seems like a lame attempt to squeeze a few extra pennies out of a customer.

Went early on a Saturday morning and found quite the array of fresh baked goods. I ventured out this time and got a loaf of tomato basil bread to take home. This bread is perfect for grilled cheese and a bowl of tomato soup. The bread was fresh with a hint of sweetness. The store was clean and had a great experience. I also got a cup of fresh brewed hazelnut coffee. The coffee was hot and fresh.

I want to say thanks to the manager who was working last Saturday morning. Our school event was a great success because you were so helpful and generous. I appreciate how you took what could have been a pretty bad situation and made it right!

Closed an hour early for a meeting… really? I just drove here from Jefferson Park to do my errands solely because we decided on Panera out of all the other places we could of went to. You should of probably had your meeting at 9 when your hours say closed. That would make sense.

I’ve been in a panera craze recently and I’ve gone to quite a few different paneras across Illinois. this is the worst one I’ve been to. The cashier is great, he was very nice and courteous. I ordered for pick up but he put it for dine in. that’s fine, of course however when I got home the salad was a complete mess. overloaded with onions and no dressing at all.(are you kidding me) I had the complete opposite experience at a panera in park ridge where salad dressing was glittering among the lettuce leaves just the day before. previously in the summer I had ordered another sad«salad» and the greens were not green but brown and my apple was almost rotten. I don’t know what it is about this place but I’d rather drive an extra 2 miles just to have a better experience at the panera on Lincoln avenue.

I was at Target looking at all the terrible ingredients in the bread, when I remembered there’s a Panera right outside! I left and grabbed a loaf of honey whole wheat for $ 1 less than I’d have paid for some crappy 5000 ingredient bread at Target. Unfortunately after a bit of research, I found that Panera puts the same terrible 5000 ingredients in their bread. Back to making my own or soliciting local bakeries.

I want to start this by saying I love Paneras food. I also love that the end of the night they donate their left overs to those in need. However, I’m a pre school teacher and I get a short lunch. So my boyfriend brought me my favorite Panera salad. I don’t know about you but I don’t really like putting salad dressing on in a car. I always seem to drop it or make a mess. So my boyfriend asked if they could put the dressing on(it even said so on our recipt). I opened the salad to find that not only did they not out the dressing on(not my favorite but I’m not a psycho that would have been fine) but they also had not included dressing. My boyfriend drove back to ask that they add dressing to the salad. Rather than adding dressing and giving it back they waste fully redid my salad and still did not add dressing. They did include it this time but it was not on the salad. They did not seem to care that we had to drive 20 minutes to correct their mistake. And two tries and still couldn’t manage to get it right. They did not make us pay for the second salad or additional dressing but as someone who has previously worked in the service industry — you apologize and offer something to make it better. For sure will avoid THIS Panera in the future.

Meh. I don’t know if it’s just this location or if it’s all Panera’s, but I feel like it’s gone down hill. Last two times I have been here the salad lettuce has been old-looking…wilted and not appetizing. Also, I don’t know how healthy some of their options are and how accurate their calorie labels are. Example: ordered one of their chicken panini sandwiches. Sounded healthy with ingredients like basil and tomato. Well the sandwich was soaked in what seemed like butter, and loaded with I believed to be mayo. Gross, and definitely not anywhere under 200 calories. And the chicken itself didn’t taste or even look like real chicken. More like that«fake» chicken made up from grounded up chicken formed into the shape of what chicken breast should look like. I’ll give it a few stars though. This is for the nice people who work there, the free parking garage, and the hibiscus iced tea I’m addicted to.

Standard Panera. No major complaints here. I only wish there were more seating, since this place seems to get pretty packed. I’m not gonna lie i think Panera’s crackin down on cost-managing, since the soup bowls have a LINE halfway down the bowl for where they’ll pour the soup to. *sob* I do love my broc n chedda soup. But no major complaints. Keep on Panera, Keep on.

Panera is Panera, you know the deal. However, I must take off a star from the standard 3-star Panera review on account of mediocre service and the 56k-speed wifi. Today, while trying to make use of the unbearably slow internet, I was easily able to hear two employees have a long, loud chat which touched upon subjects like how they can no longer drink a fifth of cheap vodka like they used to and personal details regarding their boyfriends. Now I would normally be willing to join in on this type of conversation but at that hour in the morning I was trying to get some work done. Lesson learned: never try to work from a Panera, but if you absolutely must: bring some headphones and lots of patience.

We stopped in here for a quick bite, but when we saw how filthy it was and how disgusting it looked, with dirty tables, and stacks of dirty dishes, we turned around and walked out. We have been to many Panera Bread restaurants before, but we had never seen such a filthy piggish looking place like this joint. We ended up going to Logan Square and grabbed a bite at a small Mexican restaurant near Diversey and California. We are sooooooo glad we didn’t eat at this disgusting dirty Panera Bread.

I love this Panera. It’s just such a welcoming place, and I love the baking smells you get when you walk in. The waits to be served are short, and the coffee is very good. I love the baked goods, especially the bagels. Staff are great, friendly and really try to make customers happy. I have nothing bad to say about this bakery. With the Panera card, I get special deals all the time. I’m so glad they have a location close to where I live.

Panera is Panera. Never disappoints plus I get a free coffee here or there when I have enough points or whatever on my Panera card. a because it is strategically placed across the street from Target.

Panera isn’t my all time favorite. But me and my boo were at Target, I wanted a quick bite before work. I really like the mac and cheese and French onion soup combo.(I’m clearly watching my figure) But the mac and cheese is very rich and not by any means kraft instant mac.(it’s no smoke daddy but for in and out in 10 minutes I’ll invest) Onion soup is always very rich and i love that they put the croutons on the side.(It’s no Bistrot Zinc, but again for a food chain it’s really good.)
