Ok, so you need your dishwasher fixed. You know what’s wrong with it, a part broke. A part that costs $ 10. You cannot find any in the Chicago area so you call around and see if the local repair place can fix it with a reasonable time frame outside of 5 – 7 days. They say yes and you have a coupon to save $ 20 off from the yellow pages. Dare I say stop, you’ve made too many mistakes already. Don’t call these people — here’s why. Two people showed up to «fix» my problem. They looked at the part and said it would be cheaper for me to fix myself and order the part. Then filled out an invoice for $ 65. I said wait a minute, why should I pay for nothing. And i have a coupon. Oh no, the coupon doesn’t apply. He calls his boss. His boss is a royal asshole and says why did you even call a repair person if you knew what was wrong with it. Oh did I mention they scratched my floor. Anyway. I said well atleast fish out the broken part. So for $ 65 and a headache and a not fixed dishwasher — go ahead and call these dummies. Or maybe I’m the dummy for calling in the first place.
