They hired new workers that barely knew any English and what they were doing. I found this to be very unacceptable, without a doubt they are likely to not be licensed.

This business is linking to website that does NOT belong to them. Additionally, they are employing NON-​LICENSED individuals, and have illegally obtained business license.
I think the truly shameful aspect of this business, is that they use dirty, unethical, and hurtful tactics to attract business. A reflection of terribly poor character.
Next step: Reporting them to The
Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (
) to shut them down.

You get what you pay for. I needed a manicure quick, fast and in a hurry!
I typed «nail salons» into my navigator and this place showed up around the corner from where I was. I found a parking spot and walked in with my best friend.
The color selection is … meh. Seriously.
I opted for «clear»… just give me a topcoat and I’ll be on my way.
Before she began, I explained to her that I like my nails very short and square. I also told her that I don’t like my cuticles cut; unfortunately, I had to remind her several times to NOT cut my cuticles. Just push ‘em back.
She pulled out her little bottle of «Sally Hansen Nail Hardener».
I was outdone.
I paid my ten bucks and left.
