Solid choice for daily breakfast/lunches at Triangle Plaza. They tend to be heavy handed with the salad dressing, so you’ve been warned. Staff here is great though. Omelets made to order are under $ 5 until 10am. The Caramel Oat bars are delicious. The salad bar is mediocre but almost always includes freshly grilled chicken and quite a few choices for dressing. Three soups, an entrée, a panini, and a wrap every day, plus made to order sandwiches. Wish they were open later.

You’ve given up on your dreams to work in a corporate park — you shouldn’t have to also give up on a decent breakfast or lunch for an affordable price. So apparently Michael’s has two locations in this gargantuan corporate park. My fellow reviewers do not seem to care for the other location. Kinda think that may have something to do with getting ‘chinese’ food at an American cafeteria/eatery and also maybe comparing that place with the former tenant — but I harbor no such biases. And since I won’t be braving the cold to see what the fuss of the other location is — I’ll simply praise what makes this one a solid fix. Breakfast sandwich with egg, ham, and cheese on an english muffin — 2.50(2.76 w/tax). Served until 10am. Can you say renewed faith in capitalism? Chicken/steak fajita lunch with three tortillas and enough meat to more than fill them all. Plus guacomole, sour scream, choice of three salsas and rice and beans — 7.18 out the door with tax. Do you see me high-fiving Adam Smith’s invisible hand! Three kinds of hot sauce — including Siracha — on hand at the self-serve napkin and cutlery station. Seriously, you need not be a Marxist to love these communal condiments. Staff are friendly(they literally call you ‘my friend’) and the varying lunch and breakfast options(that’s right they have breakfast meals too) make for a damn impressive cafeteria. It’s no Grand Lux Cafeteria but then again we aren’t on Michigan Ave either.
