Worse place ever they always screw up your order, they always run out of things, they never have ice coffee. Why because they are too lazy to make ice coffee this actually was told to me by a cashier, it’s not because they sold out but because they don’t want to make it. Imagine what they are losing in money and customers! Who hired that morning manager because he is lazy and doesn’t care for the business.

This has the worst drive thru service. It says their drive thru is open 24hrs. But, when I go to get coffee around 430am, no one ever answers me in the drive thru. I see people in there, but, nothing.

Although the wait time in the drive thru lanes has gotten some what better I am still asked once in a while to park. On several occasion they have messed up my order however me biggest complaint is the coffee. It usually tastes burnt, when I ask them to put the cream in sugar/​Splenda it’s either too sweet or not enough. Sometimes the cup is not filled all the way. Instead even though it’s a longer drive I go to the one on Pulaski.

Terrible McDonald’s. Food is disgusting, the staff is lazy, it takes 30 minutes plus on the drive thru. I have complained many times to corporate, but it seems like no one cares. I stopped going. I hope everyone else does too

If i could give no stars I would. This place has the most rude, incompetent, & laziest employees I have ever encountered. This place is always running out of milk, ice cream, biscuits, and other items on the menú. A couple years ago I found out that this McDonald’s is a training site. But that is no excuse for the horrible service. The only reason why I keep going is because I live a couple blocks away. I’m considering calling corporate and complaining but I feel like they won’t care either.

I honestly got so tired of this mcdonalds I have not eaten mcdonalds in 4 years because of this locations bad service horrible horrible lines and just no words can describe the employees a few are golden but they don’t stay.

I constantly come to this McDonald’s because of the play pen. It is a clean place to take my kids sometimes in the winter. The persons that clean this Mcdonalds does a very good job.
I also have had issues with ordering in this place like the previous reviewers say. Some workers are very good and others are very inept. I always order the caramel iced mocha. They either give me the hot one or the frappé and one time they gave my drink to another customer. It never fails. Like I said «ehh». I go for the family atmosphere.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s ever. They are rude, slow, inept and careless. I went through the drive-​thru and it took over 10 minutes with my order wrong twice! I complained to McDonalds corporate and they said I could have a free Big Mac or something for my input and trouble and when I went there they said they don’t do that at that location. This is not the first time I have had problems with this McDonald’s but it will be the last because I never will go there again.

The worst McDonalds in this neighborhood. Not only do they move slow, but they are also stupid. They always get my orders wrong. Avoid this McDonalds like the plague.
