Hunting for supplies for a CPAP (breathing apparatus for sleep apnea patients) and a cane for Medicare part B. The three ostriches working the counter bobbed and craned their necks when looking at my documentation. A response of «no» signaled that I should go elsewhere.
Not as informative as the guy next door at Alfa Medical. I tell ya. A nice «hello» and an informed question asking «what do you need help with?» goes a very long way.
