I I worked out with Annie Kehoe from MBPT for three months, and I can say hands down she is the best trainer I have ever worked out with(and I’ve gone through few). My goals were to build strength and endurance, to stop feeling like an achy old lady, and to de-flab. My progress with Annie was incredible, and she made every workout unique and interesting. She is a great motivator, has extremely down to earth and evidence based approaches to healthy living, and is great company to boot! I recommended her to all my friends and family in the area.
