Maid In America

The cleaning service was definitely a bargain for the service privided. The staff were thorough in their cleaning and left the house looking amazing. The owner was very accommodating in regards to my specific time schedule. I’m very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I hired Maid in America to clean our old apartment after we moved out. It was a great decision.
I found them through the Better Business Bureau. They had a perfect record, so I looked up their website, and called them. I got their answering machine, but was called back by the owner within five minutes. She was really nice and professional and we booked the appointment. She called to confirm two days before the appointment, which I thought was great.
The morning of, she called me because one of the women wasn’t able to come into work and said she’d need to push the time back, but would give me a two-​person crew instead of a single person. The time wound up getting pushed back only 45 minutes, which was no big deal at all, and I was grateful for the two-​person crew.
Two women arrived with a crew leader. He went through the apartment and gave an estimate that was three times longer than the one I had been quoted over the phone for only one person. I stood my ground and he agreed. The women went right to work and he left.
They were very nice and friendly and did an incredible job. They called me to each room after they had finished to show me what had been done and get approval. The place sparkled. It was awesome. They cleaned it all in a little under two hours, which was exactly what I had been quoted originally. I was so grateful that they had done such a good job that I tipped each of them before the crew leader returned.
The crew leader was late picking them up. He didn’t answer his phone when they called, which made me feel like he had stranded them. He charged me five dollars more than I expected (I imagine he pocketed the money as a tip for his services).
I would hire them to clean for a move out again. The cleaners were great, the job was incredible, and the owner was easy to deal with and professional. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars was because of the crew leader’s strange behavior. Otherwise, great service!
