If I could give no stars I would. My mom has very bad arthetis on her hands and she always makes that known when she goes. She’s been going here for years and they recognize her when she walks in. But whenever she gets the older man she wants to walk out. I’ve explained to him about her arthetis and he still shakes her hands and tells her to relax. SHECANTTHEYRELITTERALLYSTUCKLIKETHAT. He also makes very inappropriate«jokes» in the little spanish he knows. And if he’s in a hurry good luck getting a good manicure. My mom constantly has crooked nails. I forbade her from going and just decided to pay for her to get it done somewhere more expensive where they know what they’re doing and won’t make her want to cry in pain everytime she gets a simple manicure. F this place. I’m also a licensed esthetician and I know what sanitation is and this place does not have it. If they’re not using a completely new stick on any of the waxes even just eyebrows. Run away and never look back.

Came here once and never came back ever again, worst experience of my life. The guy at the front was very rude and when he got to making my nails he kept commenting and making fun of my weight, talking about how much I eat and if I take my siblings food away & a bunch of other crap. The nail design that I asked for was a complete mess after he «did it», my fingers were in pain and if I tried to move my body even an inch he would purposely put the nail drill on my skin and said to not move. I never went to ANY other nail salon afterwards.

This place is stupid and beating myself in the head for coming back over and over again. Eyebrow service is inconsistent. Mine came out uneven at my recent visit. Previous experiences has always been just«okay.» Why do I repeatedly go there… because the service is cheap $ 7 – 8 and I’m cheap. I’ve had enough and I’m not going there anymore. I would not recommend nail service too. I had a pedi/mani once and I’m not sure if they sanitize their tools. Also, they are polite but customer service is not satisfying… they would rather talk to each other and on the phone while doing your nails rather than focus on you as they are doing your nails.

I really ddnt like the service here. The guy doing my nails kept trying to hit on me and also my nails ddnt even last long. They usually stay on for about a month buut this time, they only lasted a week and a half. Will not be coming here again.

The only reason i come here is because of Nicole. She’s nice, professional and fast. The rest of the staff are rude and yes the place needs major clean up. They told me today that Nicole no longer works there. I’m no longer going back.

Update: They are loosing a star because the place just seems to get dirtier. Went in to get my Mom’s nails done and I did mine as well. The staff is friendly, but they really need to give that place a good scrub. I am so not getting a pedi here. Though the girls are freaking good at doing eyebrows.

I come here because it’s close to home. The place is tiny & the smell of fumes always gives me a headache. The staff is nice TOME, but like in the Alex Lopez Salon, they speak their language & often, it’s obvious that they are commenting about a customer in front of them. Like in any business, there are a few staff that are REALLY good at the nail thing while there are really shitty ones that do a shit job but given that I am there for at least an hour & that I pay almost $ 30 each time I go & don’t receive any extras, I have to say that if not for convenience, I’d go elsewhere. I have been to salons that charge $ 25& give you free 5 min neck/back & hand massage & tiny bottles of hand oil while others offer free drinks(coffee, tea, juice, water) & snacks(cookies, cereal bars & even fruit). I want to give them a better rating because I do go there often but I’m just being honest:(

Near my home so decided to try them out. Actually threading was not as bad as I thought, although she also plucks, the threading is still okay. Since I’m a guy I do not like thin brows, so I let her know, she listened. Very clean and very professional. Well considering you have one of the nail techs playing video games on his phone, and another on Facebook on his lab top. Place is small but there is Parking lot, it was not hard at all to get parking. I would come again since $ 8(and getting the same) at the the mall for $ 11 apart from tip is worth it any-day. Although originally I read on Unilocal that it was $ 7, it turns out that this is only for waxing, threading is $ 1 more. Still a good deal. Very different from the way they do it at the mall but it will do.

I just go there for waxing. The salon is so dirty and the staff rather sit around and play cards than clean the floors or disinfect the tools. Can’t wait for the health department to come a shut them down, its that dirty!!!

I just go there for eyebrow waxing. It’s $ 7, they’re fast and they do a great job since I get many compliments on my eyebrows.
