Leonard Remodeling

I have used Gene for three separate projects — a complete bathroom remodel, large deck and privacy fence — and he came in at budget and on time for all three. He’s talented, straightforward and reliable. Looking forward to working with him again!

We have used Leonard Remodeling for several projects on our 110+ year-​old home over the past few years. These have included:
* Crown molding throughout our first floor and new trim throughout our basement.
* Doubled our deck’s size and completely replaced our railings, spindles and posts with ones that were much more aesthetically pleasing.
* Reconfigured our doorways that were not very functional after our conversion back to a single family, and replacement of some doors that were hollow core.
* Redid our front porch: repaired some rotting vintage woodwork, installed new railings and headers with ones that matched the remaining vintage posts to replace some pretty base looking ones installed somewhere in our house’s more recent history.
* Replaced a «developer’s special» steel door in our rear entryway with a paneled glass door.
I am *very* picky about how things come out, and Gene’s results are always fantastic. He never seems satisfied until it’s perfect. A house the age of ours is a real pain as no corner is a right angle, and no wall is straight. Despite those challenges, Gene somehow finds a way to make his work blend perfectly into its vintage surroundings. His impeccable results and the fact that he is a pleasure to deal with is why we always come back to Leonard Remodeling when we have a new project.
