Horrible. They convinced me that they are what I need to get my son and then made my court dates drag to make sure they got a lot of money from me. I finally realized it after out was 11 000 to late. Please don’t let them think it’s your only opinion if you a good dad. They really messed my case up until I let them go and got a real father’s right lawyer. It’s a scam. Promise.

My experience was great salesmanship and poor follow through. Don’t fall for it. I was told $ 2−3k and ended up well over $ 3k before it was even close to being filed. Not to mention I felt like they were representing my ex not me. Found a much better lawyer for less money. So can you!

4÷20÷15 What a disappointment. I called to find out about how much they charge, and I was told I have to pay $ 125 for a consultation before they will tell me their fee and retainer structure. The people on the phone were very rude and unhelpful. I spoke to two different people, both of whom refused to put me through to someone that could answer my questions unless I paid for the consultation. The last one hung up on me. There are plenty of other law firms that offer free consultations and are more open about their fees and retainers.

RUN AWAY!
They charge like crazy, numerous times for things that haven’t even happened. Your attorney won’t return calls, yet their bill collectors will call daily. They changed the attorney that handled my case twice without a single word. They reneged on our agreement to make monthly payments and demanded immediate large payments. There are numerous other complaints too lengthy to discuss here. Take your time and call around to other attorneys. Leving Law office has a terrible reputation to those in the environment. They charged me over $ 20k for less than a years worth of terrible service. My case is not extraordinary.

Look elsewhere! Only gained better visitation which I got immediately.
I wouldn’t use them to represent you in a child support or defense case or you will certainly get screwed! Almost bankrupt because of these people.
There answer is that you pay more so we can get you more visitation!
Two years later I owe them over $ 50k and a new monthly child support amount $ 1300 month for one child!
Never mind that I was handed to a handful of attorneys, they never seemed to be prepared, had to explain my case to them each time I called in. I am paying $ 800 a month on-​time and the billing dept still calls every month harassing me for more money!
Had to serve a Cease and Desist order so they would stop working on my case without me knowing and billing me for it. Although divorce isn’t pleasant experience no matter what attorney you go too. Think these people egg the pain on so you will fight more and run up the bills!
I am certain their are better more honest attorneys in Chicago that are more economical and better service…
I am sure their are good attorneys at this firm I just didn’t have one of them. You have to be in the million dollar bracket to get one of them.
