This is the most comprehensive test I have taken and it avoids branding the individual or slotting them into some arbitrary. singular framework. This is the only test I have seen that understands the value of human diversity and appreciates aptitudes without getting into the IQ/EQ debates. There are no alphabetic mnemonics and no branding of your personality. The depth of research and recommendations goes well beyond the usual high level descriptions of what you should/can do. The team that conducts these tests is knowledgeable and makes you very comfortable and keeps you transparent through the tests. The feedback session is not hurried through and you get ample time to discuss your perspectives and align with the insights provided by the JCRF team. I have been tested on other framework(DISC and MBTI) on multiple occasions in the past. The aptitudes testing approach and results are the most comprehensive view I have ever received of my personal aptitudes and preferences. I am a subjective person and it usually takes a lot to convince me about the validity of any type of testing. Well worth the time, effort and resources spent in terms of the insights and inputs gained.

Though it didn’t provide life-changing insights, it really helped me reach a deeper level of self-knowledge. My mind has entertained, «maybe I really should have been this, not that.» These tests have helped me provide reasons for entertaining or dismissing those thoughts. It also helped me understand what sort of activities I should consider non-professionally, as I am person inclined to X and not Y, and thus would find satisfaction in the exercise of certain capacities. It is a pretty penny, but perhaps in the long-run worth it if you are trying to diagnose job dissatisfaction or something not seeming to fit. Staff was excellent, I must say.
