Absolutely horrible business at this location. Staff is rude. They failed to delivery items paid for and continued to tell us they would send it with the next order. Rudely over the phone they advised us they failed to note the account and refused to give us what has been owed to us. Not even a refund. We have proof of every order with notes attached. Best believe corporate will be hearing from us with the proof attached.

I heard great things about this place, but my experience was HORRIBLE! When I first walked in the store, it smelled like reefer! I haven’t smoked pot in awhile but I have friends who do and I know how it smells when someone smokes it! But not only that,… the short Caucasian manager with the glasses, messed up two of my sandwiches! And then had the audacity to say I was the one who failed to specify when clearly he did because he looked HIGH and the store smelled like weed! I will NEVER! EVER, go there again! Shame on that individual!

I ordered a #16 Club Lulu! It was fast and delicious but only one slice of turkey and ton of lettuce, thick cut tomato and plenty of bacon, which makes up for the lack in turkey. & their soda machine doesn’t wash out the soda with water The place is super clean! Not a pickle out of place.

Great customer service, very friendly. super fast delivery– although I’m fairly close. Happy it opened in Portage Park/Old Irving area. So much better than subway imo!
