I live in this area, so I shop here solely because of convenience. Customer service is non existent. Only shop here when I don’t feel like going to the jewels a couple of miles away.

I had a great experience I needed something prepared on the fly for a party. Nicole was so very nice and assisted me so graciously. I am so grateful to her and Jewel. Their taco dip is amazing!

I live in the community so naturally I would shop here. This all changed on July 1, 2015. I was having some meat cut from the deli and to my surprise A HUGERAT came from behind the deli area. I was astonished. I yelled and the deli staff didn’t seemed shocked by the fact of there being a HUGERAT. I of course I left WITHOUT the meat. I did call the City of Chicago Inspections. We’ll see how that goes. But if you don’t want RAT with your order DONTSHOPHERE

I go to this store because it’s convenient but they have some of the worst produce selections majority of the time it’s rotten just bad I guess I’ll go back to shopping at my favorite store that’s downtown better selections and prices. It’s sad that you have to leave your own neighborhood to get better quality food.

ABSOLUTELYTHEWORST!!! This store should be closed down as a hazard, It is not only filthy and never completely stocked, but the customer service is PATHETIC. I was at the deli on yesterday and was literally in tears and appalled at the way I was treated and talked to by an deli staff by the name of MARYAM. She was the rudest, the most ignorant person I have ever encountered when patronizing a business. I am in the process of writing a detailed letter to corporate. NOONE should ever be treated this way while spending their hard earned money, especially at Jewel.

All your essential grocery items in one place. If you ever need a delivery guy to take you home, they have a ton of them, so you should be covered. The employees here are always friendly and joke with me during checkout which I like. The butchers here deserve an award for customer service. They are the epitome of what customer service should be. Every time they’ve had ground beef on sale, but there was none out because they sold all of what they put out, they’ve gone in the back and have packaged up a few more, and let me take my pick of which one I wanted to purchase. I love that about this Jewel, there’s always someone ready to help you, who actually wants to help you and doesn’t make it seem as if they’re only doing it because they have to.

I have to say I didn’t experience any rude customer service but they do need to hire more people! The lines even in the self check out are so long and I don’t understand that! I do not frequent Jewel Stores as it is anymore because of the prices. I do make sure I have my coupons ready and when I do go it’s only for the sale items because they can be pretty pricey!

Two stars for the helpful Employees. Produce selection sucks! Highly priced and very low quality. How in the hell can you charge top dollar for rotten, anorexic, fruits and vegetables?

I hate this damn Jewel. Its horrible. The team members are rude. The customers are ignorant and that’s being generous. I’ll try the extra 3 miles to the one on 95th from now on. Wish I could give it negative 7 stars. Oh yea and they are expensive!!! I’ll be writing a strongly worded letter to Albertson’s

Not a bad store… Can get crowded quick… But they do have self check out so that does help some
