Jeffrey and his team have been a HUGE help to me personally and our condo association over the past few years. They are full-​service on any plumbing need and have helped our condo association with sewer issues and frozen pipes. Jeffrey really impressed me personally when he came out late on a Friday night when we had water standing in the basement due to a broken pipe. He was nothing but professional although clearly this had been a long week with a TON of people in the city having pipe issues due to the cold weather.
I’ve since hired Jeffrey personally to take care of plumbing issues in my condo, replacing a kitchen sink faucet, fixing an issue in the shower and this week he will be replacing my fixtures making my bathroom shower look brand new. He’s great to work with and super responsive. I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

When turning off our condo building’s outside water for the winter last year, I lost a tiny piece that makes it all work. I called Jeffrey’s, and found out they turn on/​off the water for several condo buildings, and could come right over. Problem solved! While he was here, I also had him look at some things in my unit.
Yes, he could fix the things in my unit, too. Jeffrey let me «hover,» and ask questions, which is rare. Later, I actually did more by myself, since I had learned how.
With over 30 years experience, he made it look easy. I would recommend Jeffrey’s for complicated problems that might otherwise involve a handyman too. His motto is: If you have water where it shouldn’t be, or don’t have it where you should, call me!” I know I got great service from an expert, at a great price, too.
