The meat here is delicious! I ordered the 5lb barre beef and it came with a bag of juice. My family couldn’t get enough. I am going to try the Kobe burgers tomorrow.

International Meat is the only place I will willingly buy meat again. To put into perspective I’m a BBQ pit master with a competition BBQ team. I know meat. Plus rarely write Unilocal reviews. International Meat earned their 5 stars with ease.
I purchased baby back ribs and they were perfect. The brisket I bought was very good, the pork butt was delicious but I was most surprised by the hamburgers and hot Italian sausage.
I NEVER buy hamburgers, I buy or grind my own meat. International Meats hamburger patties were the perfect size, the meat was so fresh and they made some of the best burgers I’ve ever had.
I judge people on their sausage. I’ve had more Italian sausages than most. International Meats sausages were perfect. They should be the standard for how good an Italian sausage should be.
Overall I couldn’t say anything bad about International Meats. If I could i would. If you cook meat, buy it here. You won’t find meat with noticeably better quality anywhere. Trust me, I’ve been looking.

My family has been getting meat from International for 30+ years since they’ve been in the restaurant /​food industry. Outstanding quality, service and selection! Very reasonably priced too. We ordered baby back slabs for New Years and they turned out to be the most tender succulant ribs I’ve ever had! They are a wholesale supplier but if you are looking for one I would highly recommend them.
