I stopped in because they had Shure in-ear monitors on display in the window and the(replaceable) cord for my set has frayed. I asked if they had a replacement cord and not only did they have the right cord in stock, the clerk said that Shure would warrant the $ 50 replacement cord at no charge! I was in & out in under 5 minutes with no paperwork. Excellent customer service!

Given their captive audience and lucrative location, you’d think customer service would be optional. Nay I say to you! A fine gentleman behind the counter heard my story of losing an ear bud to some Marley headphones and immediately dug into his catch-all draw for a free replacement, no questions asked. Saved me hours of on ear listening. Props good sir!

I spend a lot of time in the airport and traditionally avoid shopping in the airport due to what I believed to be excessive pricing. InMotion Entertainment proved me wrong! Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is outstanding! On my first visit, the representative assisted me with finding a strong, fair priced case for my phone. On the next visit, they saved me money by recommending ear buds that cost less than the ear buds that I was looking to buy. I suspected that mine were broken because they only had sound through one ear. The sales rep asked me to get them out so that he could test them. My ear buds worked fine! It was my phone with the problem! InMotion Entertainment’s honest business practices will keep me coming back to meet any future airport electronic needs!

A what you see is what you get type of store where the items you see are mall kiosk quality at high end prices. That said, they save ya when you forget you ear buds and want to sleep on your transatlantic flight! Employees are friendly, but not especially knowledgeable, but hey, it’s in an airport so we’ll all cut them some slack. Probably not the place to buy some noise cancelling headphones as you could just order from Amazon on your phone and have them tomorrow, but it works for grabbing smaller«necessities» when you’re in a pinch.

DONOT shop here. I was buying a case for my iphone. I paid and put the case on. It was a very flimsy case. I said«i dont want it». The black girl gave me an attitude and made me fill out a return sheet!!! I was at the counter though! Steer clear the customer service is very very bad!!!
