I like Mike’s Construction

I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his crew. We initially called Mike for help with a composite fence project gone awry at the hands of another contractor. Mike took on the botched project and turned a bad situation into an awesome one. This fence turned out way better than I ever even imagined it could. We recently had a leak that had caused some wall damage. Mike was able to determine the source of the leak and repair it, as well as the wall damage. We decided to have some other projects completed at the same time, including having the interior of our house painted. It turned out amazing and again, way better than I ever could have imagined. Their attention to detail is notable and it is apparent that Mike and his crew take a lot of pride in their work. As others have mentioned, Mike is also great at communicating and following up via email, text, and phone. Courteous, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend Mike’s services and look forward to having him back again.

Mike and his team completely transformed my house. Everything looks great now, and I’m very happy with Mike’s work. He’s reliable and professional. I would highly recommend Mike.

Over the course of a year, we had had numerous people come in and assess some problems in our basement with our plumbing and our bathroom. No one seemed to be able to pinpoint an odor coming from it, and no one seemed eager to take on our job. Even our home inspector totally left out something that Mike easily pinpointed (no ventilation hooked up to any basement plumbing or bathroom). So I’ll scourge those guys in a separate Unilocal post some time soon. Stay tuned.
Mike was so good in communicating with us about what they thought would be best, and was fantastic in helping my wife pick out at the store the décor and colors for our new bathroom. Everything turned out so well. He was willing to stick around several times until I got home from work to talk about work being done. He was very responsive by phone, text, and email. The plumbing is top-​notch, and our new basement bathroom is the nicest room in the house. We’ll be going with Mike and his crew again for the next house project!

Mike and his team did a fantastic job on our basement remodel. They were professional, courteous, and detail-​oriented. Mike was very good at communicating with us when it came down to making decisions and gave us many options and also was quite flexible when it came to last minute decisions. We will definitely be calling them for future projects!

I heard about this company through a flyer in my door. I decided to give it a try since it was local and i needed to get my pallet lights fixed. It was a small job, but after so many contractors and electricians promising they would take on the job the owner Michael decided to do something no one else wanted to do. There are other things in my shop that also need fixing he’s taking care of like sealing the garage and several doors so heat stays in. odd jobs that make the shops working environment better.
Not to mention i own 2 buildings on Lieb and 21^st. I’m satisfied with the work and dedication in my shop i hired him again to re furnish my Lieb building. my tenant moved out and i want to fix it before i re-​rent it. ill later provide photos of it because its just about done, but i like what I’m seeing! i haven’t seen in all my years of hiring general contractors a more reliable, honest, good quality business in this field. even gave me a good discount.
