I found Kevin’s ad on Craigslist for home assembly and called him to put together a coffee table I bought from West Elm. I pre-​negotiated the price. He was able to show up the next day with an assistant, and the two of them assembled the coffee table and threw out all the packing materials in short time. He had some trouble with one assistant in the morning and had to get another guy; this caused a couple of delays, but he was still here within 4 hours of our original time. Beats Comcast’s record. Overall, job well done, no marks on the finish, and a clean job.

We have the same problems as John T stated on 4÷10÷2012. Our son is waiting for the promised great hoop which we already paid for. Kevin’s phone got cut off and the phone number is not available anymore. I hope we need not to involve our collection agent. We hope he will keep what he promised.

I wouldnt use this company at all. Ive paid for a wilson hoop and they are not showing up or answer my calls. My next step will be legal and i will also go to the papers and facebook. I will rewrite this post if i ever get what i paid for.
