I love Harold’s, but this location is slow. I ordered a two piece meal and was there well over 30 minutes. Try a different location.

The light skin lady seem as though she some other form of employment. Waiting an hour for chicken is crazy. Unorganized and poor customer service is a very big problem with this business

I wish I could give this location no stars. The location itself is bad as the store sits in front of a bus stop in which you cannot park. The menus need to be updated professionally instead of being changed by tape and markers. The food (chicken) that I’ve ordered has always been super hard as if they retried it three days in a row. I never see many people In this one. Probably because they know better. Go to the one on 87th! You’ll get better food there.

The mild sauce at this Harold’s is slightly different than other locations. The chicken is always piping hot and the service is better than expected for a hood staple. I’m probably biased because this is the Harold’s that I grew up eating. My partiality aside, this ranks near the top when you’re craving a 6 wings mild.
