My mother-​in-​law sent me to Harczak’s to pick up sausage for Thanksgiving Dinner in 1964 and I have been making several trips each year to stock up as I now live in Minnesota and winter in Arizona .
Each time I make the trip I need to buy lots of the nice treats they have in the deli case.
Last October I purchased more then 100 lbs to take back to my MN neighbors and even transported 50 lbs the 1800 miles to AZ for family and friends.
Harczak’s is easy to deal with as I call ahead to place my order and it is packed and ready for pickup.
Try their Smoked Polish Sausage as it is the best I have every tasted.

old school, unbelieveable stuff. everything i have had has been terrific. in fact, i live on the far south side, and drive an hour to shop here. a butcher shop that smokes meats smells funky? that would be like being surprised a gas station smelled like gas.
