Frustration over h&m’s store policies have brought me out of my hiatus. We received gifts for our children from some family out of state. The clothes were unfortunately too small. FYI you never by newborn clothes for a newborn unless they were a premie because they grow out of it by the time you unwrap the box. So we had over a dozen items that we thought we could just take to the store to return. NOPE. They were purchased online and can’t be returned in the store. Wtf. This is the first store that I’ve encountered that won’t allow you to do that. They gave us the customer service number, which we called and they said that online purchases can only be returned by the purchasing party. Wtf. So I should call my out of state family and say, «thanks for all the useless clothes, please return them. I’ll pay for shipping to send them to you and you pay for shipping to return to the store.» How embarrassing and inconvenient. The customer service person also let us know that we could only return online purchases at their Manhattan store. Oh yeah? Well, the next time I’m there… I’ll remember that, f*ckers. HORRIBLEPOLICY. The only thing good that comes out of this is the next kids to wear these clothes will get an amazing deal for new items as we’ll be donating them to the Salvation Army.

The workers were really rude when we pointed out a pricing discrepancy with their jackets.

Always a stop when I go shopping. I love this location a lot because of the wide variety of clothing they have to offer from formal wear to sports and active wear. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The price is always perfect FORTHEQUALITYYOUGET and is definitely worth checking out. This is NOT a high end store so some of the items are definitely less well made and not great quality but you pay for what you get, and in this case you actually probably get a bit more out of what you pay.

Perhaps my lackluster experience at this location of H&M was due to the traffic on a Saturday afternoon. I have never encountered a more chaotic shopping experience in my life, and I worked in retail management for 2 years. I’m not sure what the training process is like for H&M employees, but obviously some of these associates were either not paying attention or are simply new retail workers. I was not greeted, followed up with, etc. In fact, I could not find a worker out of the sea of shoppers. For a store of this magnitude on a weekend, I would have expected there to be at least 1 associate for every 10⁄20 shoppers. It felt like there was 1 associate for every 40⁄50 shoppers. This means that there is no way quality customer service is being provided because they simply had no time and not enough staff to provide it. When I finally tracked down an associate to inquire about a pair of chinos, she told me what is on the shelf is all the have. Interesting enough, I found the chinos I needed from a different worker who got them for me in the back. The line for the dressing room was wrapped around the floor and so were the check out lines. I mean really, 2 cashiers for a line wrapping around the store? That’s asinine. The only redeeming quality is that the clothes are cheap but stylish. This store needs some hardcore internal work in terms of training

H&M always has little hidden Pug gems from time to time. I found the cutest Pug sweatshirt here to rep my Pug babies. It’s also a good place to find nice dress shirts if you don’t want to blow the budget on office gear.

Worst service from a major department store. Waited in line for over 10 minutes to checkout. The«manager» Dustin attempted to direct us to other cashiers(having not been in the store) by obnoxiously shouting vague directions. When I did check out Destiny did not say please or thank you to me as she had done with previous customers… perhaps it was because I questioned Dustin. Either way service was both rude and slow. As this was my first time at H&M, I am not impressed.

Under construction currently, but that didn’t distract me from buying clothes for my son. The H&M near me doesn’t have a huge young boys section so I was very excited to shop at this location. Not very many clothes in his size at this location, but the $ 10 off $ 60 coupon allowed me to find enough to add to his spring/summer wardrobe. Didn’t have the need to interact with any employees besides at check out, but the girl was quick.

Typically, I would give mucho stars to this inexpensive and fun store. With two teenage daughters, I appreciate the fashion bargain like none other! However, this store is under construction thus completely out of sorts at present. They had no functioning restroom, ridiculously lengthy lines at every checkout manned by cashiers who are clearly tired of the numerous complaints people are voicing. Further, the registers were malfunctioning so I waited another 20 minutes to checkout and get a receipt. Until the construction is complete, I’d recommend hitting up another location.

I love h&m! They have cute fashion that ALMOST makes you think it’s from the runway. The prices are in the affordable range although some of their special collections can get a bit pricey. They have a few pieces that are promotional to get you in the store like a $ 10 shirt or $ 15 dress but I always end up spending way more. But it’s usually worth it cause the pieces are so cute :)

Cool store for trendy clothes. Great sweaters and shirts. It’s a «hit or miss» for clothing. Occasionally, the dressing rooms will get backed up so plan ahead. Always plan to stand in line when you are checking out. Sometimes, it just not enough cashiers or at times a lot of shoppers and at times both. I will continue to check this store out.

Matt was great! Helpful with a lay back chill attitude. Not one of those obnoxious overly talkative that loom over you. All in all made it a better experience.
