Too bad zero stars is not an option. My hubby and I stopped here for a quick hot dog before our train took off for the burbs. We had 20 minutes, seemed like ample time with only 2 people in front of us waiting to order. Well, we were wrong. My husband ended up walking away after waiting for 15 minutes while I pressed them to get our order done. They ended up getting part of our order to me(missing the drink, I didn’t have any more time to wait) and we ran off and we barely catching the train. What was most perplexing is after all that waiting, everything was cold. The fries, the dogs… we didn’t even understand how that was possible. If you are gonna make me wait over 15mins for a hot dog and fries, it can at least be hot and fresh. Seeing that this is in the train station, management really needs to consider that when training their employees. It’s more critical than any location to be speedy. Most likely, people are off to catch a train and need a quick turn around. Commuters beware!
