The sales associates were very friendly and helpful, but it can get pretty packed in there. They must’ve have been understaffed that day I went because there were only three workers and there was a long line, but all of them were busy with customers. My kids were behaving like they were in a candy store and wanted to buy everything. The associate helping hubby was very super helpful and offered a variety of promotions and tips. I really like this store and now see us going in the future. Yes there is a big parking lot that was pretty empty in the evening.

The service is great. Just went today to sell a couple of wii games an got cash on the spot. The woman who helped me was really nice and took the time to explain how store credit and cash differ when selling games. Will come again to buy an sell.

When I wrote my last review, the people that worked there weren’t so awesome. They have changed employees, and they are mostly girls now that work there. They’re all so nice and knowledgable and sweet and funny. I love these guys. Girls. lol
I’m here at least like, once a week ’cause my boyfriend is always buying games, and he buys me apparel lol. he bought me a zelda wallet and a green 1-​up mushroom beanie hat.

I never would have thought I’d be writing a review for a video game store. LOL. But I’ve been converted thanks to Nintendo Wii. I’ve finally found a system that allows me to play in a way that makes sense. Gamestop had a good selection of Wii games and the cool thing about this place is that the used games have a cool return policy. You can buy a used game and try it out for up to 7 days. If you don’t like it (or get bored with it) you can return it for a full refund. This is a great way to find out if you like a game or not before you drop $ 50 on it. Like today we picked up Metroid thinking it looked really cool, but when we got it home it was insanely slow and difficult to get anywhere. It’s going back tomorrow. Oh, and they have a club card for $ 15 bucks you get a one year membership. With the membership you get a 10% discount on your games and a monthly gamers magazine. They let us apply the discount to the purchase we made today so it starts working for you right away. They guy behind the counter had a lot of useful info to share but I got the sense he was sick of dealing with obnoxious kids all day. Although I would be too if I had to deal with them.

I just bought a DS Lite and really really wanted to take advantage of its wi-​fi capabilities. I was happy to find out that there was a GameStop right in my neighborhood.
Of course, I took my sweet time walking there, and arrived right as they were closing. The employees were very sweet and let me in anyways.
Annnnd then I was an idiot and grabbed the wrong item. I’ll be back tomorrow to exchange it? Good thing GameStop has a decent return policy.
