Truly wonderful! They support Chicago artists with a wide selection of pieces for sale, mostly posters. Prices are reasonable, at around $ 25-$ 40 a poster. It’s a bright, well-lit space too.

Made a trip to here on the last day in Chicago, it was definitely worth the trip. They have a lot of cool art prints/gig posters within the price range of $ 25 – 40 mostly, so it’s not the place that would cost you an arm and a leg. I wish they have more smaller prints though, there are some but most of the prints are 24×30(or something like that). I would recommend friends to check out this place!

If you are a fan of street art and want to support Chicago street artists, then Galerie F is THE gallery to come to. It’s funny, in that I have passed by here many a time and I haven’t even noticed it. I actually didn’t even know this place existed until I was poking around the internet for a CHemaSkandal print and I was able to pick the print up at Galerie F. When I walked in, my head was kind of spinning. To say there was a lot of really cool stuff on display is an understatement. They even had shirts of the various prints available. Best of all, their prices on the whole are excellent. They also don’t gouge you on framed items too. Galerie F is just flat out awesome. I know I’ll come back to peruse around and me buying more prints from them is a near certainty.

A very nice, eclectic and over all pleasant gallery. I have been in here many times on my weekend afternoon walks down Milwaukee ave and the owner is always extremely friendly. And friendly in a very genuinely non salesie way. They also give out free Redbulls! What a place.

We stop in to this gallery at least once a month if not more. I am always interested in the art they have on the walls. They had or still have the Bill Murray picture from Lost in Translation of him holding the whiskey. It is classic. They have plenty of pictures both framed and unframed. I think the gallery changes over pretty regularity since I usually see new things every time I am there. They also sell tshirts.

This place is special. Dope selection of rock, comic, and art screen prints, limited exclusives… I fell in love with a Tintin poster at their C2E2 booth and now that baby is mine. The staff are some of the coolest people you’ll ever meet and if I lived in Chicago I’d probably just hang out there. Love me some Galerie F.

My girlfriend and I just moved to Logan Square from D.C. and happened on this place while walking down Milwaukee. We came in to check it out, and an hour later found ourselves discussing which 3 prints we wanted to buy. The gentleman working there(I forget his name) is a co-owner and was very nice. He gave some great recommendations about getting cheap frames, etc. The prices on the prints were more than reaonsable and they had a ton of stylish prints to choose from. We will most certainly be back in the near future, even if just to browse.

What a big coup for this neighborhood. For those of you not familiar, Galerie F is part-owned by the same people behind FugScreens Studios who produce some of the best gig and fine art screens coming out of Chicago. Galerie F was KickStarter funded and provides an outlet for all the talented Chicago artists who produce, mostly, small edition silkscreen gig posters or fine art prints. These are usually around 18“x24″ so they are easy to frame and you can always find a place for them. Galerie F, in it’s short life, has already had some well-curated shows covering art forms such as graffiti. Prices are very reasonable with many pieces coming in at under $ 100. There is no intimidating attitude, you will be well-received and then be left alone to browse. If you have any questions they can answer them in-depth. This is one of those businesses that really needs to survive for the good of the Chicago arts scene. Please stop by and check them out.

After visiting a new coffee shop in the area, we walked by the back side of this space. Not realizing it was there, we just had to go in. And I am very happy to have done that. Great space, nice people and beautiful art that is curated and exceptionally displayed. We went there for a street art display called Alphabet Soup and ended up buying a lithograph for a great deal. The three owners were in and took time to get to know us and vice versa. They’re plan is to open a new exhibit about every six weeks with smaller shows in between. Good format. Great location. Cannot wait to visit them after Thanksgiving for their installation on the end of the world!
