I can tell you from my experience going to this shop the lady who works there now by the name of Kim she does a really good job on the nails and manicures she really do she does the best no chip manicures I usually go for the no chip manicure because lasts longer as far as I can also tell you keep in mind she only does acrylic nails and no chip on regular polish and gel polish she doesn’t do designs on the nails or stamping plate designs or dip powders those she doesn’t do because she told me she doesn’t know how to do so if you’re going there you will only be going there for either acrylic nails or no chip on regular or gel polish she does not do designs, the ppl who used to work at this shop also doesn’t no longer work there anymore there is a woman there by the name of Kim and she do a really great job on manicures aside from that its a great shop to go to the number they have listed here on Unilocal for this shop is not the correct number here’s the correct number 773−752−4234 they act like they don’t always know how to answer their phone at times which they should also do they don’t always answer their phone so you will have to keep calling to you get them or just go up there yourself.

In and out. It seems the owners have frequent customers as she knew it was my first time there. Very good job on my eyebrows. I will be back for more services.

Horrible customer service. The shop «opens» at 10:00am no one is ever there before 10:30. Employees are rude, rude, rude. Will NOT be going back.

They have bedbugs and the polish chips in two days the same day the warranty runs out! Terrible!

My very first and LAST time at this nail salon! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Went in for a pedicure and an older lady was assisting me. When asked could she cut my toenails down a little more, she told me no! At first I thought I heard wrong so I replied «excuse me» then she said «you come back in two weeks and we’ll cut down some more» I told her «that’s unacceptable» she proceeded to continue on my feet and when I tell you she did NOT even attempt to cut my toenails shorter! So I stopped her informed her that I did not want her continuing on my feet” I asked another younger employee there if there was someone else who could continue servicing me because she was rude and incapable of giving me proper service… Well that comment must’ve enraged the rude employee because she jumped up and said «you pay now and get out!» I could not believe what was going on and if it wasn’t happening to me I probably would’ve laughed. Just to iterate, I am not or ever will be a difficult customer I highly despise people of the sort. I informed her she will not disrespect me by yelling at me! She then said she was going to call the police on me if I didn’t pay right now!(never you mind the only thing that had been done was polish removal and improper toe nail clipping) I told her go right ahead because I refuse to pay anything to her at all! The younger employee came over and was apologetic about the other lady’s behavior (yet nothing was said to the older lady) and she finished me up. The younger lady did a wonderful job but no one has to endure that type of lunancy from any person you’re paying your money to for service! Of course she never called the police because I’M CERTAIN they would’ve hauled her off with her erratic and bizarre behavior! I know people ask «well why did you stay?» At the time, I had an important event to attend and time was critical and not on my side but believe me I will never ever go back there again! I suggest no one does!!!

Had a no chip manicure here and it was the worst no chip I’ve ever had. My polish chipped in two days had to go back. The guy told me that I would have to pay if he ever have to do it again, Even if it wasn’t my fault I would have to pay to have it to have a polish redone. And the cheap polish didn’t even look good on my nails It was a no chip polish that I had never heard of. And they were so nasty when I had to go back. I don’t think I’ll ever
be going back to this salon ever for anything again. They are lucky to even get one star!
