They measured our historical copy counts over too small a span and during holidays(they used last 6 weeks of the calendar year) even though we asked if that length of time was sufficient. They used these copy counts to come in at the lowest bid on monthly service charge. Then when our busy season started, our overages went through the roof. They did very little to keep our business and we just seemed to be paying extra charges for this and that. For sure Caveat Emptor. In a way, I’m glad this happened because we found way better and cheaper services.

Having worked with a number of printer/copier service companies, I can say with confidence that FlexPrint is as bad as it gets. Here are several examples of what my company dealt with during our unfortunate stint with FlexPrint: 1. The service was sub-par at best, as printers that were broken were often still broken after being«fixed.» 2. The toner cartridges we ordered were routinely faulty, perhaps being that they were cheaply re-manufactured. 3. Our sales man, S.R., was an unaccommodating douchebag. 4. Our printer technician was almost always late, because FlexPrint only has one service technician for the ENTIRE downtown Chicago! 5. In one instance, our esteemed printer tech showed up, ate in the employee cafeteria and left without touching a printer. Amazingly, there is a silver lining with this experience. Considering the printer repair and toner cartridge market is highly competitive, FlexPrint will undoubtedly go the way of the Dodo and will be out-competed by superior(read: any other) printer service & supply company. On a personal note, after experiencing the knee-deep bullshit of FlexPrint, I would rather chew and swallow a handful of razorblades then deal with them again.
