I recommend Fit Team Go! Before paying for another health club membership(that I probably wouldn’t visit regularly anyway), I wanted to jump start my exercising routine by working out with a trainer. A friend suggested Fit Team Go. My goal was to tone muscles, and build stamina(especially since I had not worked out in at least two years). I started working out in December, 2012 with Bryant Ousley. Over the past two months, I have had an increase in stamina and endurance, lost inches around my arms, legs and waist. I plan to continue working out with Bryant, but my new goal is to lose weight. I may eventually join a health club, but for now I need the guidance of a trainer to get me back on track to regular exercising.

My wife and I went to the bootcamps on the weekends and loved them. I consider myself to be in pretty good shape and am pretty athletic, so I figured I wasn’t going to be challenged much… womp womp. I was praying for a water break. In just a few weeks my conditioning improved and was obvious to me when I went to play basketball and wasn’t phased by a few full court games. Dan is exactly the kind of trainer everyone should want. He’s passionate and knowledgeable(at both physical training and any detailed nutritional questions you might have). I would easily recommend Dan and Fit Team Go as the best trainer I’ve worked with. Ah and he can shred some mean guitar.
