I have been shipping from this location for several years. The people that work at this location at night — Lee, Lori and Don — have all been here for about 30 years. They are the best! I am usually doing things at the end of the day and need to ship out after hours. I hear there is also Kathy who works during the day here and she has been there for close to 30 years also. Amazing.
They are open until 9:45pm M-​F and from 5:00pm-8:30pm on Saturday. You can’t beat those hours. From what I understand, Chicago is one out of two locations in the country that is open that late on Saturday.
I used to go the the FedEx near Cabrini Green at Hooker/​Division until I got sick of the extremely RUDE employees over there. If I ship out on Saturday, I will purposely wait until after 5:00pm when the O’Hare location will open. I cannot stand the attitudes at the Cabrini location so I refuse to go there now.
I can’t say enough about the customer service at this location. That is why I keep coming back.
