EXP Movers

We found these movers on Craigs List, and I don’t even know if this is the right name for them, but I wanted to make sure others knew about our experience if they looked!
We emailed them on Thursday to arrange for a washer and dryer pickup and delivery the following Saturday. They said no problem, gave us a quote, and scheduled our pick up for 3:00 on Saturday.
My husband drove out to where we were picking up the washer and dryer (which was a 45 minute drive) and waited until 4:00, when they told him that they were still unloading somewhere else and wouldn’t be there for two hours (they didn’t call him, he had to call several times to reach someone). So my husband drove all the way back home, and continued to touch base with them every hour. Around 6:00 they stopped answering the phone and never called him back.
So we were totally screwed, had to scramble to get the unit picked up on Sunday and my husband wasted his entire afternoon on Saturday.
Don’t use these people!
