This place is outstanding! Restaurant quality meats at wholesale prices. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Buy local here for your next cook out instead of Sam’s or Costco. Quality is the same or better, prices are cheaper, employees are more hands on, and you are buying from and supporting a local business. Everyone wins! Except Sam’s or Costco. But they will be ok. They win enough…

My fraternal organization has been using Ellengee for years. They have excellent meat products and make their hamburgers fresh daily. We have ordered over 300 lbs of corned beef every year for years from them to cook for our St. Patrick’s Day party, and most say it’s the BEST they’ve ever had. Their burgers are excellent and we use those every year at our annual picnic. They offer a wide variety of meet products and you can view them online at
. They also offer a wide variety of e great steaks and some really kicking thick cut bacon. If you’re a meet lover, do yourself a favor and check them out. 773.777.9000

i recently purchased a corned beef brisket from here… TOP SHELF QUALITY MEATS … the brisket was amazingly priced. far cheaper than grocery stores it was like 14 pounds for $ 38 … also the guy who helped us was very knowledgeable… also you can call in your order and they’ll have it ready for you to come and pick it up… on my way there now to grab some burgers and a beef brisket.

We get a lot of our meat from here. The burgers and steaks are great. Got a ham for Christmas and again it was a winner. Just made prime rib tonight and it was Amazing! Will never order one for dinner at a restaurant again and pay an insane price per plate.

This place does more wholesale meat delivery to restaurants in the area but found a flyer that it has recently started a cash n carry so I decided to try it out. I bought a few things from here … mind you that you cant just buy 1 steak or 1 chicken leg… you have to buy it in somewhat a bulk but the quality is great and the prices are right… so Ive been buying 5lb boxes of ½ lb burgers for my bbqs and have never had a problem and will continue to do my bulk meat shopping here and support a local business instead of costco.
