Dynamic Chiropractic Care

After visiting Dynamic Chiropractic Care (sold by LivingSocial) I must say that I am less than impressed. Upon my first attempt to redeem this voucher I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. After waiting for about 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment, I noticed another customer enter the massage room with the masseuse. I then inquired when I would be treated; their reply was: «soon». Another 20 minutes later (30 past original appointment time) I asked again and the owner/​chiropractor told me they were behind and needed to wait for the previous customer to finish his hour treatment. Frustrated in this lack of regard for my schedule, I informed them I had another appointment so I would have to reschedule, and I did.
My second visit to them I made sure to schedule their first appointment of the day so as not to run into my previous problem again. This time they did see me, albeit still 15 minutes late.
When I did prepare for my massage I noticed nearly everything was covered in dust; books, table, and radio. Once the massage began I was distracted by the paper thin walls the room shared with the receptionist so I could hear the phone ring, door slams, waiting room conversations, etc.
Trying to refocus on my massage the masseuse was able to work my problem areas so I thought all-​in-​all I should be glad. However, as I was walking out I noticed it was only 47 minutes later from when I was called in, so they had not given me a full «hour» massage as advertised.
