Definitely a bizarre location, basement in an abandoned food court in an office building. However it definitely has the fastest queue in a Dunkin’ Donuts during rush hour in the city. The staff is amazingly quick at both taking orders and making the coffee. Whenever I go, the line is fairly long, but I’m in and out in less than 5 min.
That said, I don’t think I would ever spend more than 5 minutes in the location based on the environment.

Location smells overwhelmingly of urine. Staff unfriendly, and the donuts actually cost more here than a couple blocks away.

This place is just bizarre. Subterranean location in an abandoned food court. It’s so odd. They have like 2 people working and while they are efficient, the lines are still super long. The coffee is what you’d expect, it’s just not fun standing on line in a bomb shelter.

This place is great! I cant believe how hot it could get in this location. Its located in the basement of my office building.
They have everything you would normally see at DD… but the staff is always so nice despite the sweltering temperatures below. The service is fast… and always with a smile.
I run on Dunkin… especially when I am in town… go see the nicest people in Chicago serve you up a turkey sausage and egg muffin… with some yum coffee!
