rude owner, during a promotion on DEC16th, we ordered some meals and i asked for the«free medium size tea» they announced with their mobile app, but i was charged for the tea anyway and when i asked them to take it back or refund me, the manager who was the drive thru agent refused. Tried complaining with DD corporate customer service on social media but tells me they will get the franchise to contact me. The franchise manager refused to resolve this issue at the time so how come they will change their mind! STAYAWAY

My own fault for not checking my food but I brought a chicken biscuit before work and when I got there and opened the bag I had a croissant with no meat or anything

The staff is really nice and they always get my order right and the drinks taste good and they make them properly, which is why I come all the way to this location to get my order! It gets really crowded here but they get your order done quickly.

This location made alot of money from me… I been a customer for years. The workers are courteous and friendly. Two of them are now friends of mine and I keep in touch with them frequently. Management keeps the place clean and ensures that their customers are well taken care of.

Painfully slow. I have spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru on 2 separate occasions and the average is about 10 minutes. You can expect to wait at the mic for ages as car after car lines up behind you. I’ve lived next to this DD for over 11 years and it wasn’t always like this but something must have happened with the management or staff recently to cause their service to become absolute garbage. Its faster to drive to the drive thru near Devon/Clark or go to the DD near the Loyola stop, trust me.

Standard DD. Sometimes the drive thru is really slow in the mornings. They usually get my order right though.

The sweetest, most polite staff of pretty much any drive through I’ve been to in the country. My experience today has sold me on this DD. Aside from the fact that I paid $ 2.50(awesome) for a large black iced coffee and a wake up wrap(delicious), because I waited literally two minutes at the window for my wrap, the lady apologized profusely and tried to give me a free donut. I declined, simply because I don’t need a convenient excuse to eat a sugary pastry, but was touched that she genuinely cared about my experience at her restaurant. I was already impressed by how polite every employee is through the speakerbox when I come tearing in at 5:30AM for my caffiene, but after today, I’m actually going to make a concerted effort to give them all of my coffee business if at all possible. Also, for the lady with the delivery-guy issue: Really? Look at your picture, was this during the polar vortex? The guy deserves a medal for making his deliveries in that weather, gimme a break. Couldn’t you have parked and gone in?

This place is busy AND well run. I have never seen it empty, I have lived in the neighborhood for 17 years. I get it! Fast drive through, typically organized staff, clean, remodeled building. What’s not to like?

Well, tonight really tears it service-wise. A truck making a delivery to this place was blocking the entire back parking lot and drive thru. Stuck with a car behind me, I called the store and asked her to have the delivery guy move. He wasn’t unloading yet. She said she would have him move, but then let him complete the delivery. Had to get the guy behind me to back out so we could all leave. Ridiculous.

I like dunkin donuts but this is my 4th time at this location and they are out of donuts at 5am and tell me I’m too late at 5am!!! I would have liked to give a better review but since being my 4th time here and never having any donuts I can’t. How can dunkin donuts be out of donuts in the first place???

I’m not doing a review on their menu offerings. I mean, we all know what you are going to get from a Dunkin Donut especially, the sweet decadence to your waist! I’m giving this DD location 5 stars because they are the fastest moving drive-thru in this town! No matter how long the line of cars, you can be in and out of there in less than 4 minutes. I mean, for someone like me who’s always trying to get to work on time, this place is a valuable find! The people are the sweetest, too. Keep it up! Perhaps, you can teach your neighboring DD on Western and Howard a thing or two on how to run an efficient drive-thru!

Regular drive spot through for me nearly every morning. Would be a 5 but I like my coffee piping hot and they serve just regular hot.

I love me some dunkin’ donuts. And I do mean donuts, because I’m really not a coffee drinker except occasionally. Still, their coffee is mellow and good, unlike Starbucks which is bitter. So I used to buy it in the store when I lived in CA because they don’t have dunkin’ shops in LA. Now I moved back and am just thrilled that I can get to them so easily! I always live near one — walking distance. So this is the one I’m near now. When I first moved back to Chicago I loved that in the Gold Coast, the one at Clark & Division had free wi-fi which saved my life while I was figuring out which service to have at my place — and it is open 24⁄7! Can’t beat that! And I love their breakfast items. Those sandwhiches … particularly the maple croissant with egg/cheese/sausage was the bomb diggity. I don’t know if they still have it, but it was great. So big I’d split it in half and eat the other half the next day. Love me some dunkin’! And most all of ‘em have ice cream, too! Awesome! The service at this shop was friendly and nice. Really felt welcome!

ok, so i love dunkin donuts coffee. any dunkin donuts in the world can make me a very, very happy [caffeinated] woman. here’s why this location is so great: customer service. i told the usual morning people that i was moving away before i left for a year. i stopped in yesterday, and the good folks actually ASKEDMEHOW I LIKEDPHOENIX. seriously. i haven’t seen these people in over 10 months, and they REMEMBERED me(and my order, which did not change after a year in the desert). seriously, when does that happen? i was so impressed. they served me well for the four years that i lived in rogers park, and i will continue to frequent this location, even though it’s now a little out of the way.

Yeah, so they’ve got the same product as every other Dunkin’ Donuts. Unlike the some of the others that I have been to though, this store at Devon and Broadway cranks people through their drive thru quickly and they are way friendlier than I am at 7:30am before I’ve had my coffee. Bonus points too for them never having screwed up my order! This place makes early morning classes bearable. And for whatever reason, I am amused by how confused some of the employees get by me not wanting cream in my coffee. Just something else that helps me smile while fighting to wake up.
