This Dunkin is terrible. The menu is different from any other Dunkin — they only sell fake meats, and got both coffee orders wrong. Don’t go to this Dunkin unless you want rubber bacon, unsliced bagels, and coffee you didn’t order.

The drive thru is horrible as the employee is trying to take your order when your not even by the microphone because of the turn… On plenty of occasions I have to repeat my order because the employee in the morning drive thru is uncomprehending when repeating my order… This place is kosher, so no sausage or bacon… the tuna bagel is great

Nice customer services but there is just one spot to plug a phones or laptops. Coffee places need a lot of those!!!

Tonight I went and I walk right to the bathroom first and of course I was waiting for him and he made me waiting over 5 minutes standing there when the bottom is right by his finger he does it on purpose cuz he sees me everyday like seriously he kept ignoring me until I said come on man are you serious now, yells back and say what man you again? Go home man !!! Telling me that in front of customers I couldn’t believe he was saying that so loud I was so embarrassed I did not know what to do I just wanted to walk away and call somebody and complain about this guy, so I go after and try to order«veggie cream cheese on everything bagel» and of course he makes me wait and there’s no customers and he just pretends he starts whipping the cashier and the stuff like seriously dude I hate coming her cause of him me and my family, so while he’s making my bagel I see him looking at me and smiling so I go sit in my car and try to take the first bite and its dry I open it and look inside nothing but just 2teaspoons of veggie cream cheese you shoulda seen look on my face are you kidding me !!! The service is unfathomably bad at this DD. Since I keep kosher, and this DD is my only close option in the area, that makes me SOL. Why is the service so terrible? Two big factors: 1) It’s understaffed– I’m here at 11pm, and there’s one guy taking care of all drive-thru and walk-in orders 2) The ONE guy handling the night shift is awful at his job. Dear Dunkin Donuts Management at this location: I don’t care how much money you think you save by having ONE staff worker handle a shift. It results in terrible service. I’ve had prolonged waits every single time I’ve been at this DD. You need at least two workers in order to get the customers in and out. Regarding the quality of service: I had to repeat my order about 4 times, waited about 15 – 20 minutes for him to take 2 – 3 drive-through customers that were BEHIND me, and 1 customer in walk-in that was behind me. I repeated to him twice that I wanted easy ice. Sure enough, when I got my order 15 – 20 min after I ordered, there was a ton of ice. Meanwhile, due to him being slow at doing orders(prepared food very slowly, walked very slowly), there was a line of 6 formed in walk-in. I go to him and say«excuse me sir, I wanted easy i – . » before he quickly rudely interrupts«your order is done.» So I repeat that I would like easy ice. He gives an exasperated face, then sure enough, I get an iced coffee with the same, if not MORE ice. I’m here to study, so I don’t have any more time for this jazz. /End rant

Hey it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts so there’s not really a whole lot to be said for it either pro or con. It fulfills it’s mission which is to serve donuts to those of us that are looking for a sugar fix and don’t care if the appearance and flavor is pretty unexciting. The only reason I’ve knocked the overall rating down from the 3 star rating I’d normally rate it is because at this location they don’t put layers of wax paper between the donuts in your bag so by the time you get home you have the frosting from the donut below it plastered to the bottom of the one above it. Other than that it’s OK.

This actually happened: Me: So, like, do you guys not have those sugar raised donuts? DD Employee: No, sweetie, we stopped making those years ago. Me: [clearly disappointed] Aw, that was my Dad’s favorite! DD Employee: Well, how many do you want? I’ll go make ‘em for you. ANDSHEDID. How sweet of her! It was such a nice gesture that I vowed to always come back to this one — and I told my parents to do the same. This DD is closest to my parents’ house, so I know for a fact that it is a CLUSTEREFF at all times. The parking lot is always a nightmare where you basically should just be prepared to fear for your life. However, It’s a nice melting pot of ethnicities and a great place to just people watch. WRP, win!

It took 10 minutes to order an egg and cheese sandwich and a decaf. My husband repeated the order three times, gave up and said«give me a #4». That too took several tries. Server pimped for hash browns or sausage. Husband said«NO! I want an egg and cheese, nothing else!!» Of course, once we were several miles away, husband takes a bite into a sausage patty. This didn’t really sit well with us since we’re observant Jews and this location is «the kosher DD». And if this is supervised by the CRC, how can they serve sausage? Why, who knows? Your egg & cheese sammich might end up with pork in it!

I waited 10 minutes for my frozen coffee before they told me the machine was broken. They asked me to order something else but I asked for a refund. Then they said the machine was suddenly working. I waited a while longer before they said they will need to give me a refund.

Ten plus years ago this was a standard location with good staff and product. Often times you could stop in most any time and see any number of people just hanging out in the dining area. People lounging after a long days work having conversations and enjoying coffee. The same happens today but by a new and different group of peoples. Which is a good thing both for the neighborhood and the store. Note its a good thing to see customers IN the store. Whereas some nights you can find groups of men just hanging out in the parking lot. Nowadays since Dunkin’ donuts are made in a kitchen somewhere downstate and brought in at different times; it’s just not the same. Their main product is and always will be their donuts and they are terrible. The other night was pretty bad. I needed a caffeine fix so I hit the drive thru for a cappuccino blast & a bow tie. Bow ties are a donut shaped like a bow tie. I asked the window gal if the stuff was fresh. She responded in a very lax way that yes, it was fresh. ITWASSTALE! It was horrible. I was talking to my friend about it and wondering whether they offer a flavor guarantee. You know, if its gross I can return it for a refund. A medium mocha blast with a bow tie was something around six and a half dollars. Had she told me truthfully that they were stiff and stale, I would have gladly ordered a bagel with cream cheese.(Understand that this cost would’ve been a bit more) My bitching here is falling on deaf ears, I don’t think DD gives a flying F about losing out on donut loving customers. I hope donut /doughnut bakers are out there listening. I would pass up on chain DD shops to do business with private or specialized donut & specialty coffee makers. But please please for goodness sake’s try to keep hours that would rival any DD.

I have been to this Dunkin’ Donuts several times, and each has been miserable. I was just there a couple hours ago, and I will not be back. It seems that there is always chaos behind the counter. The last two times, my order was totally screwed up, even though I make sure to give my order clearly, and repeat it several times. I don’t have complicated orders, either. Today the woman at the register even repeated the order back to me – and still screwed it up. When I asked nicely(and I make sure to – I worked retail and foodservice, and I’m not about to be rude) for my correct order, the woman glared at me and snapped that she hadn’t charged me for that. I said I wanted it anyway, and I got an even more fierce glare. Here’s the thing with Dunkin’ Donuts: the food is generally the same and of similar quality at each of the million franchises in the Chicago. It comes down to service, and at this place, you’re not going to get it.

Loving the Lattes! Always a fan of Dunkin Donuts, but this one takes it to superstardom! How can you go wrong on 1.49 Thursday latte day? This DD has specials all week, but I can’t wait until Thursday! Expect a lil wait sometimes, but good things come to those who wait! MMMMMMMM!!! Is it Thursday yet?
