Went here while I was walking through Bucktown. Bought a cute purse for $ 100 thinking it would last at last a few months. The lining ripped within three days. I was so upset, so I called asking if I could bring it back that weekend for a refund. They said that their policy was not to give refunds, so they wouldn’t let me get my money back. I understand this policy for a normal return, but their product was obviously inferior so you think they would have been more accomodating or embarrassed. They told me I could exchange it, so I went it that weekend to exchange it. When I got there the person working at the counter said that she«was not authorized to make exchanges». So my 30 minute trip from downtown was a waste. I had to go back the next weekend and finally found something that I hoped wouldn’t fall apart again.(While I was there I commented on how disappointed I was that they wouldn’t accept a return and they they balked back«well, this isn’t Nordstroms, get over it») I exchanged it for another bag that was the same price. Guess what? After one week the stitching on the strap fell apart and broke. I’ve never had any purse break before(I’m really careful with my things), let alone two purses in two weeks! The quality of their merchandise is very sub-par and the service is even worse. Avoid this place if you value good service or quality!

I live a block away and couldn’t avoid the Sidewalk Sale going on. They have cute stuff here. I like the jewelry they have here, and I think that some of the celebs may have purchased some of these items that they sell here too. They also have handbags here, and there some very trendy ones that range from clutches to the larger sized purses. The staff here was friendly and not pushy. It can be a bit pricey as many boutique shops are, so I’d definitely try to catch a sale!
