Alex was wonderful! I was already having a bad day when I had to pay a phone-​fix visit, and she was so patient and helpful in getting my new phone set up. I knocked off a star because their computer glitched out, so the process took twice as long as it should have, but customer service-​wise, the experience was fantastic!

So I call and they just give me phone that is not exist
