Conference Chicago at University Center

We have held our photography conference here the past two years and everything about the place is impeccable. We love the location, staff, and meeting rooms.

I attended a small conference at this location, and I was pleasantly surprised by what a wonderful location this was. The rooms were perfect for small to mid-​sized meetings, the food provided was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

This is a great place to host a meeting or small conference in downtown Chicago. Their room rental prices are very reasonable, and they are located very close to public transporation. Their rooms can fit any where from 140 in a large room, to 10 – 15 in the smaller breakout rooms.
As many event planners know, a lot of meeting spaces have reasonable room rates, but then sock it to you on the food. UCC doesn’t do that, the food is good and very reasonably priced.
They also have really great service from their coordinators, and one of the things that makes this my favorite is how attentive the staff is. The day-​of attendants are constantly refreshing the food, clearing away dirty plates/​cups, etc. Which is so nice, because sometimes you get to the end of a meeting and it looks like a bomb hit the room. Which is not always the best impression you want to leave with your attendees.
