So I’ve rented from here for a year and have had mostly good experiences. Our landlord is great and a very nice person. Unlike the earlier comment from Nina, I have had mostly pleasant experiences with the staff and say hello to them all the time. I’ve never seen them let any homeless people in the building either, so I doubt that’s something that happens very often. The building itself is nice and is in an incredibly convenient location, but it could definitely use a rooftop deck. Now, this is very close to the Greyhound and you do get people that walk by that are loud and look shady, but I’ve never had an incident with any of them. I’ve been there a year and am looking forward to renewing my lease!

Our ex-landlord Erin K Dougherty stole half of our deposit after 45 days of our moving out. She is the bitchest landlord we have ever met and she put all her bills on us. She is now selling apt 228, so watch out for this bitch. She is going to take advantage of you when she does business with you. The Doorman over night here is Rude and Racist. He made rude comments to me every single time I see him and threatened to return my package. He even let homeless people get into the building one time. So If everyone can get in to this building and I need to get package by myself, Why do I need a doorman anyway. All the staff acting like everyone else on this earth owe their money. Some other staff even leave rude comments in the elevator but they work for us. This is the worst building I have ever lived. The building mostly rent and I guess the owner cannot stand the staff here. Living here for a year is such a nightmare. And by the way, the greyhound is near it so there are a lot homeless black people around. Do not walk around during night after 8 pm. BUYORRENTSOMEWHEREELSEFORYOUROWNSAFETY!!! Original post: «The building is nice but the HOA is terrible. They leave rude notices in the elevator, set rigid dates for construction projects without regard to your schedule, and when their contractors damaged my property the HOA did zero about it. Oh and there are constant ongoing projects.» I’m going to edit my original post to be a little more comprehensive. Specifically because I’m not sure how much of my frustration with the building is because of the building itself or actually because of the management company, which is new this year. The above negative experiences during the construction projects are true, though might have been the fault of the building management. I’ve started emailing the board members directly and gotten better results. Also the gym is adequate(3 treadmills, 3 ellipticals and various weights, tv’s) and there’s a 24⁄7 doorman(in my experience thus far the doormen have been either neutral or nice). The location is excellent as well — especially for getting down to the park in the summer.
