For some reason, every time I go to this location something is a little off. The lettuce is cut into huge 4×4 chunks, or the meat is super chewy, or the portions are so small. They don’t quite live up to the quality I’m expecting

This location has the smallest parking lot you can imagine. I’ve been to quite a few locations of this restaurant, this location has least enthusiastic workers. They food is still good, although there are always short on the brown rice.

I love this Chipotle branch!!! Awesome service fresh food! There’s one employee I love the most. Kat has a ready smile and SUPER energy! I come in tired, and as soon as I enter I hear her energetic greeting and an infectious smile. I’ll definitely keep coming back here.

SLOWSERVICE. I waited in the car while my husband went inside to get food. There were 4 people in front of him, but he was stuck in there for over 15 minutes(we ordered two bowls). According to him, there was literally only one person doing everything behind the counter the entire time. He also said employees were celebrating a birthday in the back or something. From my view from the car in the parking lot, there were 3 – 4 employees out by the dumpster for a fair amount of time. May have been a shift change, but due to the super slow service inside seemed really unprofessional. Also, they totally skimped on chips. Really not impressed with this location and will probably just go over to the location on Harlem next time.

This location has not impressed me. It’s a new chip, recently opened. The staff are mediocre, some of them are nice, some of them look like they hate their jobs. The biggest issue is the portion control. They skimp, hard. Depending on who you get, you will more than likely get the smallest portion of chipotle you will ever receive. Which I never thought I would say because. it’s chipotle. I frequent a location downtown river north that is AWESOME. This place needs to step it up.

Definitely not the best Chipotle around; but people settle for it because it’s the closest to a lot of us. Service is super slow and usually you have to correct the people making your food. Don’t even bother trying to order online thinking it’ll be faster, you’ll end up waiting even longer for them to make your food so you’d be better off standing in line. The employees will also occasionally snap at you at even the simplest request. The food is fresh, but it needs some major improvements.

Just moved to the area. Love Chipotle but not this one and won’t be coming back. I eat at Chipotle enough to know when the food is right or bad(sadly). But nothing here was fresh at all!!! They were so stingy with their steak meat so I asked for extra and was okay with paying for it. Extra to them was half a spoon! Their limes are horrible and dry like they have been sitting out for days. Rice is watery and the meat is toooo greasy. I have never bit into a burrito from Chipotle and had grease running down my hand YUCK!

Best Chipotle! Staff is nice and efficient. Food is consistent and fresh. The place itself is a bit smaller but clean. The only con is the parking lot only fits maybe 8 vehicles. Glad we can come here every week and not worry if it’s a hit or miss.

I use to be a frequent Chipotle visitor, like 3 times a week! Until the experience just wasn’t there anymore — the green salsa was always frozen, my rice came out different every time, and the cilantro stopped looking green. The worst part was the people, they just didn’t seem to like their job anymore. Sad to say I haven’t had Chipotle in almost a month, until the cilantro lime rice was calling my name(4⁄29) and I’m so happy I gave in. From the moment I walked in the door I felt good vibes. I was greeted immediately, which is nice but not a must. It was obviously pretty busy, but I could tell they were working as a team to get the job done. Little things I noticed in their communications and politely keeping me updated. To say the least it was the best Chipotle experience I’ve had since moving to Chicago 2 years ago. Kudos to Wednesday evening crew on 4⁄29! Another bonus, the bathrooms were very clean!!!

Update: consistency has improved! I come to this location because it’s by far the closest to my home but the staff here drive me a little crazy. It’s usually something different each time… meaning both the portions/proportions and their attitude. It ranges from checked out and just not listening(simple requests on the prep line just aren’t heard most of the time) to being rude to their fellow crew(front line people barking at the others for refills while a manager stands and stares… this has happened on multiple occasions). The place is generally clean and it’s really convenient to have a parking lot, but I always go in knowing it just won’t be the best customer/staff interaction. Things can always improve… hope it does here! :)

Omg this location is the slowest location ever! I was literally standing in line for 15 minutes to get my food. I would understand if they needed to re-up on chicken etc. but NO! nobody knew how to roll a burrito, some guys got literally 3 layers of just tortilla because it kept ripping. Train your people better before putting them our on the field.

While the food is tasty and is a great alternative to grabbing a bag of corn chips or a handful of chocolate almonds from my «teacher cabinet» before I leave for the trip home from school; the service is…, I’m not feeling the love, sort of. The servers are pleasant however seem to be distracted and seem to be yet feeling each other out as in awkward dance partners. I realize this is a new Chipotle’s; in that it was just built, so there’s a new staff, learning how to work as a team — but they aren’t in sync Still, every time I go they do jump through the various hoops that I put up with my order of three flour tacos, individually wrapped and placed in their taco smasher thingy to melt the cheese. Their hot sauce is a bit salty, which I will skip next time, but otherwise everything is good. They are busy, so this is good. They also may want to consider not having — different blaring music in the back, conflicting with the«lobby» area music going at the same time — another out of sync item, but they are young and they will learn.

Really? I am not hard of hearing and I don’t usually eat out alone. I would LOVE to have a conversation with my dining partner without saying«WHAT?» ” I CAN’T hear you” throughout the meal. Turn down the volume unless you only want a carry-out business. The speakers on the street side were loud. Also staff in restaurants need to know how to make change. If the bill is $ 7.18 and I give you $ 10.28, a ten, a quarter, and three pennies) how hard can that be?

New location woo woo! This is a nice spot for this new chipotle. Staff was friendly and helpful. You could tell this just opened as everything looks brand new and the employees are fresh off their training. This is a great addition to the walking friendly six corners area. Make sure you get your burrito double wrapped.

I went in today with my three kids. It’s their first day open and I’m delighted to have them nearby. The service was decent. Less confusing than opening day often is. They were out of chocolate milk but that’s probably a good thing. One of the staff helped being our food to the table because I had four meals and two hands. Thanks! The food was as I expected. Textbook Chipotle. This is my new place to go when I can’t face cooking. No more crappy McDonald’s for the kids.
