Always great service and great food! The employees are always friendly and go out of their way to make you happy. And if picking up a group order, they usually give you a free fountain drink while you wait

It’s becoming a ritual for me to eat at a chipotle no matter where I travel to.
You’ll get what you expect from a busy location. Avoid busy lunch time hours!

This is the best example of a extremely ineffienctly run operation. 2 workers in a line of 6 people doing all the work, I guess the others are there for moral support or to help hold the floor down. I can decide if the best part of the experience was watching the worker push a mop around and then proceed to use her un gloved hands to pick some salsa off the bar which ultimately fell into the sour cream or the hungry work enjoying a piece a chicken as he cut it up. Sad — will not be stopping back here

I went to order a chicken quesadilla, which I love at Chipotle, and I asked employee for some grilled veggies inside and she told me it can only be filled with chicken and cheese. Then I asked for some sour cream to have with my meal and she said that the quesadilla doesn’t come with anything else or it would be considered a side charge. So to clarify you can get a burrito filled with everything with an upcharge up extra or guacamole but with a chicken quesadilla only can be with chicken quesadilla at the same price? After all said and done I got my chicken quesadilla with sides of lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream totaling 12.50. Once I unwrapped my quesadilla it was soggy with grease and not cut! Bad customer service!

Well they brought in the big guns– let me tell you about the man, the myth, the legend– Dioentae McCrary. Literally the only chipotle employee I’ve ever cared to know. Charisma? 10⁄10. Jokes? 5 stars like this review. Enthusiasm? All day. If he’s ever spun a burrito for you, you’d remember like I have.
My first series of transactions with him was at his old shop on clybourn in Lincoln Park. Since then our relationship has developed into something epic, much like the actual chiptole burrito.
Let be serious people, it’s chipotle. 5 stars all day.

This particular Chipotle, similar to all Chipotles, is amazing.
I’m a burrito bowl kinda guy and can’t keep away from that guac #iknowitsextra
All I can say is I am jealous of all of the office staff in the building that this Chipotle is connected!

New location, opened a few months ago. Quick, friendly service. Food is fresh and tasty, you get your choice of either brown or white rice. Than you can pick which salsa you want on your food. I usually get the burrito, the chips are nice and light, meaning no heavy oil used to cook them in.

Went here last week with a couple friends. The white rice in my burrito AND the brown rice in my friends burrito was crunchy and undercooked. It was a waste of money. They are a new location and need better quality control on their rice. The line was long, but I’ve seen worse at other locations.
