Service was really, really slow and the food was cold(supposed to be hot). Don’t bother.

I never got a chance to order and eat. Manager sat me at a table to be shared with another couple. There were plenty of seats for my party of 1.

Reunited and it feels so good! Or so I thought. On a layover in ORD. Busy busy location right past security in terminal 3. Was seated quickly though. So excited to get a mango iced tea(afterall this IS chilis right?) …hopes dashed, dreams crushed… no flavored teas. Booo darn it… water please. Ok chips and salsa. Another favorite at chilis right? $ 6.99. Dang forget it… Decided on the triple dipper. Only $ 2 more than normal — not bad for airport pricing. Ehh was ok. Lukewarm when it came out. At least the boneless wings were still crunchy. Service was good my water was refilled. I was able to chill for awhile. Star for service. I love me some chilis this just doesn’t feel like an authentic one.

Sigh … Even in an international airport, they only start serving«Lunch» at 10AM local time. There’s a burger with roasted peppers and guacamole and it really hit the spot, but what a mess it made. The menu is really really limited to basically just sandwiches, salads, and typical appetizers. But the iced tea comes in a disposable cup which … actually is nice since sure I’ll take some to go!

Place sux. Waited for 30+ minutes for a simple breakfast dish. They were kind enough to not charge for the drinks. But still, an egg/potato dish is something I can whip up in a few minutes.

I just had one of the worst burgers of my life. At this point I should just assume that at places like Chili’s they’re going to play«competent chef» by putting some sauce on the burger that was not on the menu and that I definitely didn’t ask for. That’s the only explanation I can think of to justify the pink slime gracing the bottom bun of my bacon burger. What the fuck, Chili’s!!! I feel personally betrayed by you.

I got the triple dipper flat beer, cold wings and poor service. I will avoid next time.

Located right outside Concourse H(next to Garrett’s Popcorn), this is a convenient place to get a bite that’s not fast food. There a few healthy options(salad, mango chicken, etc.) and all calories are listed on the menu to assist with your decision making. Things are cramped, with lots of tables in a small space, so if you have lots of bags with you, you might want to be strategic about where you sit. Be sure to tell your server up front if you are in a hurry, too.

Woof. We’ve been waiting for our check for 10 minutes after making eye contact with our server and trying to get her attention multiple times. The $ 14 Margarita has 0 alcohol in it. Our plates have been empty for over 20 minutes but she hasn’t been over here since she dropped off our food. The busers apparently can’t drop checks which I get but they could notify the server at least I would think? Luckily we are very early for our flight but yikes, I would hate to be the person who misses their flight cause the server can’t be bothered to bring their check over. Update: My boyfriend is livid because he’s now gotten up and asked not only our server directly for the bill but another server WHOWASEXTREMELYRUDE to him and she still hasn’t come back with it another 7 minutes later. LOL. This is why I never opt for sit-down places in an airport. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else. UPDATE x2: we waited a total of 45 minutes without getting our server’s attention, even with my boyfriend getting up twice and speaking to the manager the second time. We ended up waiting so long that we almost missed our boarding group. Through this whole thing we didn’t hear a single«I’m sorry» from anyone there.

After waiting for about 5 minutes I was finally able to flag down a bartender to give my order. I generally hold Chili’s to a high standard, however, this place couldn’t hold a tear in a bucket. The bar is obviously ran down with little to no appeal. Cleanliness doesn’t seem to be part of the vocabulary, however I question whether there are enough people to support the bar’s high volume of business. Come on Chili’s…lets get it together and clean-up, and upkeep your premises.

Grabbed a sandwich and a water while waiting on my plane to arrive. There was really very few options in this Terminal area where my gate was. Please note I didn’t go into the to be seated, but just the grab/go section. It really wasn’t the best set up, it took me 10 minutes extra to get out of the Walk Up Chili’s because some man behind proceeded to open both of his bags directly behind me to look for something that was apparently more important than being considerate of others. At least I found the will to not kick him in the ass as he dug through dirty clothes. Food wasn’t bad, but wasn’t the best. It did give me the energy to go on though. The water was great and cold. mmmmm yum.

I’ve been to a few Chili’s and this place was just like any other Chilli’s establishment. Staff was really nice and the food came out tasty, but then again that’s what I’ve come to expect of Chili’s so good job guys!

Food is really good. Waitress was a little rude with rushing me to order but all was great. I had the boneless buffalo wings with honey bbq sauce. They have a place to sit down and eat and a area to order food to go if your planes about to leave. Also bar is next to it to order Margaritas

I ordered taco platter that had one shrimp, one chicken and one pork taco. Chicken was the best of the three but I did not finish any of the three because they just were not very good.

I’ve been to the Chili’s in Hoffman Estates, Vernon Hills and Streamwood. They’re all infinitely better. The wings were actually pretty decent, no complains there. The mango chile chicken was tasteless, the cilantro rice was tasteless(and odorless). The fries were horrible. They felt like they were frozen, stale and just been microwaved for our order. Drinks were felt tame as well with little to no alcohol. Service is fast, I’ll give you that. Skip this airport Chili’s. Try some other restaurant in the airport. there seem to be a few around there. Goose Island is one that I need to try next. Or try one of those gourmet sandwich places.

My fiancé and I stopped here for a quick bite while on layover in Chicago on our way to Indianapolis for a convention. I was pretty impressed with, «chillies too» which had decent service and food for a chain restaurant in a airport. I ordered the pork carnata soft tacos and my fiancé ordered the mango salsa chicken. Both were very good and unlike many, «southwestern» places I have been to, this one provided dishes with a kick of spice I didn’t even have to ask tone added specially. The service was polite and efficient. We were seated quickly, serves even quicker, and our check was brought quickly upon request. The whole thing from entry to exit took approximately 45 minutes. Great if you are in a hurry. The meal didn’t break the bank either. Both dishes plus a cup of chili and two soft drinks plus a 20% tip equalled approximately $ 50.

We stopped in to eat but the place didn’t have the vibe to keep us there. The ladies in our group were not having it so we went to the food court where everyone could do their own thing and be happy. They do need to clean the place up and maybe steam clean the tiles because it was nasty. I felt bad for my brief case that had to sit on the floor. If breifcases could talk…

Uh. No unless you’re from the Midwest or have no tastebuds i would try alternatives. I only had a chicken wrap and a drink for 13 bucks. It was slimy and the vegetables were wet and limp. It is an airport Chili’s, so it really met my expectations

While Chicago is a massive hub for American and United, it doesn’t come with many good dining options. Chilis, Wolfgang Puck and Macaroni Grill are meager, at best. All are average chains. In fact, Ohare offers some of the poorest food choices of any major airport in North America. It could be the worst. Why go to Chilis? I’m not sure. I never eat here, but slapped with a five hour layover we sat down here and ordered a few burgers and sandwiches. First off, have you looked at the calorie counts on them? Wow! There’s enough sodium in one burger for a week! Meanwhile, the service here is fine and the food tastes chain-like. If you have to stomach it, you won’t be too disappointed. In fact, all those calories make it taste darn good! The reality is, if you have time, you’ll be better served here than in the food court where nasty choices like McDonalds exist.
