Very prompt notifications of changes in the doctor’s schedule that require appointment changes. Prompt and reliable appointment reminders. Excellent coordination of lab results, etc to facilitate patient care.
Dr Kotler, himself, is very professional, and communicates thoroughly and completely with the patient. He listens carefully to the patient and involves the patient in the diagnosis process, and in planning remedial treatment and testing. He’s kind with a dry wit that alleviates patient anxiety. He’s very forthcoming with the reasoning behind his professional opinion and his healthcare planning and strategies.
