It is not the best BK I have ever been to but not the worst. It is usually pretty empty and prices are same as all other BKs. With that being said, whenever I order food, there is usually at least a 5 – 10 minute wait in the drive-thru…with it being empty! The employees are pretty nonchalant, I cannot really say anything on their behavior. The restaurant is just seems drab and mediocre. But it’s one of the only fast food restaurants with a drive-thru in that area so it holds potential!

Horrid service, always been but this on the way to pick up my kids from after school and have gone there despite terrible service but not anymore! I went through the drive through on wednesday and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and when i got to the pick up window the lady @ the counter asked me to wait in the parking area and someone was going to bring me the sandwiches. I said NO because the last time i did that i waited for over 25 minutes. She started to abuse me and call me names. Who are these people hiring? In-fact i never want to go to another burger-king in my life.

The worst Burger King in the USA, that place need to be closed for a lot of reasons, one of them is hygiene, the people working are so improfetional and need to take a shower before handling people’s food. Nasty

This particular Burger King, while it is the most convenient to my home, won’t have to worry about seeing me again… at least at night. The day crew that is here is absolutely wonderful and professional, and makes you want to be there and spend your money. The night crew however, could care less. I say that because they are unprofessional, and a little on the«hood» side. Not the best way to greet customers that are spending money and pretty much paying your salary. About a week or so ago I visited this Burger King at night. Now while I’m not accusing anyone of anything(mistake or otherwise), when I received my change I had $ 4.00 in change instead of the $ 9.00 I should have had. I know, I should have counted it at the window. Lesson learned. I did contact the manager and of course they could do nothing to rectify the situation. Again, not accusing anyone of anything(mistake or otherwise), but this won’t happen again, at least to me. So this is what I’M going to do to rectify the situation: The closest Burger King is on Ashland near 31st — I think I’ll be going there from now on.

The cashier was nice, but lines can get long. It’ll be more efficient if they didn’t have the one cashier go get the food and just take the orders since they had a few people back there. Food wasn’t very hot. I only came because it was the closest thing to my brothers place.

Well, they automatically get one start for having Coke Icees, one of the best beverages ever created. And another star for friendly service. But the rest of the experience is typically pretty painful. Like other reviewers, I have waited in a not-that-long-of-a-line drive thru for over twenty minutes. Last week, I just wanted to drive-thru for a Diet Coke. After 10 minutes of waiting at the order taker thing, I just left. I“m baffled by how this continues to be a problem there. Hope they get it together so I can still have summer Icees ;)

The place is clean and relaxing, but the food was average at best and the service was terrible. All the employees didn’t care about their jobs and were repeatedly shouting to each other to get it done. The guy who took my order took ages and still got it wrong. I ordered just a whopper and a mango smoothie. Honestly a 10 year old could have done it better than him. The burger was disappointing and tasted just like a McDonald’s burger. The smoothie was decent and that’s what earned the place 2 stars instead of 1.

I don’t know where to begin with this. I mean, I know it’s BK but come on! BK is one of my fave fast food places. So after a movie downtown my wife felt like BK and this is the place we ended up because it was on the way home. This place is a waste of life and a waste of space downtown. This location has been given this huge parking lot and lot that it does not deserve in any way. SLOW! Let me spell it out… S…L…O…W = SLOW. I don’t understand what the point of having a drive thru is when the people working inside do not want to work. I pulled in to the drive thru at 9:30pm and was told to hold. Mind you, at this moment, there is not a single car in front, behind, or parked in the lot anywhere. We are sitting in the car waiting on someone to ask us for our order so I say«hello?» and once again I’m told to wait. 9:40pm and she finally comes on to ask for my order. No joke and no exaggeration. We pull up at the window and paid(for which I wasn’t given my change). Finally ended up leaving the window with the meal(which was for my wife only… so only 1 combo ordered) at around 9:50pm. 20MINUTES!!! For a drive thru? When we were the only car ordering? You have got to be kidding. I don’t even want to give it a star but since we have to, I had to give it the 1 star. Save your time and gas… plus your patience. Go to another location or eat something else. Not worth your money!

The following review takes place between 12:00 — 12:30(voiceover delivered by Kiefer Sutherland) Slowest Drive thru ever… over 15 minutes to order chicken nuggets for my hungry child. I would have went somewhere else but I needed nuggets. Now we are waiting for a 4 piece chicken nugget. My wife said, «There is no progress… they take your order but the can’t make your order!». I don’t think she realized she just recycled a Seinfeld joke(rental car reservation episode). The clock is still ticking and no nuggets yet. It has been 24 minutes now. If we leave this line, then we will have one upset child. What to do? They do realize it is lunchtime. Oh yeah not a single car is parked in the lot, so that can’t be the issue. And the clock keeps ticking. 28 minutes and one car in front. My wife is ready to bail… I think my child is too. 30 minutes And we are finally handed outr bag!!! On a good note… Laytana was very nice and apologized for the huge Delay…some free fries might have made it feel sincere!!!

Since this location is near downtown I expected better service. I’ve visited this location on 3 separate occassions. The first time I ordered through drive thru and the didn’t have all my food items in my bag but I didn’t become aware of this until I was a block away from home. The second occassion. I walked in to have the cashier/order taker ignore me for 5 mins until she was ready to take my order. Not a smile, hello, thank you or what so ever. The third time I visited this location it was on my way to work. Exactly 5:16am, myself and several other cars decided to go through drive thru. No answer or response, I went to peek through the window and not a soul in sight.(I remind you that they are supposed to be up and running by 5:00am.) I just so happen to have called the restaurant later that evening to ask what time they actually open and the woman who answered the phone asked me, «Is this a prank call, are you serious?» I said, «YES!» She said we oen at 4am. I told her I was there around 5am that morning. She said I’m not here that early so I don’t know what to tell you. AREYOUSERIOUS! WOW! Excellent Customer Service guys!

It’s a BK. Decent option if you don’t feel like the McDonald’s a couple blocks east. You have to know it is there since you can’t really see it from north of Cermak. It’s a suprisingly un-shady parking lot versus another joint nearby(rhymes with Bright Tassel).

I can’t rate this low enough. Consider my rating a negative eleventy billion stars. This is the only quick place near my client datacenter. I’m sure there are other places, but we’re usually running out for lunch in the middle of a very long day of work, and it needs to be fast. Unfortunately, it’s never fast. Or correct. Ever. Today, it took at least four people to ring out my coworker and I — apparently, a combo meal is really hard. I made the mistake of ordering cheesy tots(which are good) instead of fries. That was a mind bender. And my friend ordered tacos. Don’t get me started. So, after 15 minutes, we got our food. Then we had someone repairing stained and leaking ceiling tiles, probably showering me with asbestos and rat droppings. So yeah. Burger King. Woo!
